Last training before the holidays: August 1 2024

Tomorrow we'll leave for holidays to Belgium which means that we'll miss our swimming and cycling work outs for almost two weeks. That's why yesterday Claudia and I made a last ride.

Today I decided to add another swim session and since we otherwise wouldn't run from Tuesday to Saturday I've added a few kilometers as well whilst Claudia jumped some hurdles.
