Double 3/3 swimming & #cycling: June 30 2024

The end of an exciting training weekend. Sunday started with a swim where I thought I was not going well but in the end it turned out to be not that bad.

Continued with #cycling with my daughter and during the last 10km I've been going hard (5km in 8'15") and I could not get her out of my wheel... Which is a good sign for her at least lol
