Triathlon Championship Sprint: May 19 2024
Balearic championship Triathlon Sprint today in Ibiza. This meant waking up early ad leaving before 6h30 am to take the boat already at 8 o'clock... Way too early for me... And coming back home about 23h30. A long day and all transport except of the boat we did by bike.
68th place for me and 6th in het category) for Claudia. There is still a lot of training to be done before I will participate in the double (Olympic) distance over 1500m #swimming, 40km #cycling and 10km #running but it's a kind of a start from the season and another preparation/training for the track championships next week and within three weeks!
