Thank God It's Friday. Hope all's well with you. No work today as well, but I was determined to do a minimum of 14k steps this time. I went for a long walk in my neighborhood. I waited until dusk so I wouldn't have to sweat a lot. I walked briskly to one area, pretended I'd received a call and then turned around back home. It was nice to get out of the house and catch some fresh air. Thank God for life and a good day.
