Early Short Run
I just finished a 5.098km running that lasted about 0hh:24mm:23ss !
Well, the children start school now. This year they should catch the school bus an hour earlier and that gives me scope to take them to the bus stop and go for a morning run before I start my work at the office.
It is my first run after the holidays and the first of September as well.
I have tried to go out from time to time to run during the month of August to keep in shape and that has gone well so as not to have bad feelings in this first session.
Anyway, it was a short run, just at dawn and with high temperatures again... it seems that we are having a wave of tropical temperatures here in Barcelona again.
Tomorrow will do the same but with the dog, maybe a little slower but also adding some core exercises between intervals.
Let's see how this month ended.

Too hot here IMO
Can't wait for the day I'll do a sub 25min 5k. The 25.02 I ran a few weeks back still haunts me. My knees are a little sore these days but maybe next month I'll give it another go.
