Sunday Run after Nap...
I had a pretty lazy day today.
We have gotten up late, enjoying the blankets a little more and we have gone out for a short walk in the morning until we have found a good sunny terrace to have an aperitif. Then we have ordered food to eat and I have taken a nap of at least 1 hour and a half...
During the "siesta", I had a very real dream, I was competing in a famous 5K race in my city, going under 3'30"/km and with the finish line close, I was ecstatic... Suddenly, in the same dream , I myself have realized that I have not run in these limits for at least two years and I have realized that I was simply sleeping (LoL)...
At that precise moment I woke up, I put on the running shoes and the rest of the stuff, and although it was already 6 in the afternoon, I went for a run, more slowly of course, but with good feelings...A short run that It has made me enjoy the sunset at the top of my city.
While running, I have proposed to compete again this year... if the situation allows us...
At the end, I did run 6.6 Km in 35 relaxing minutes...not bad for a lazy day.
Keep on running and dreaming!
@toofasteddie
If this is called lazy, what am I doing then? Haha thanks for the reminder currently it is 4:30 AM here in our place and within an hour or so, I decided to at least walk/run within the community. Hopefully I can finish at least 2KM back and forth without any issues.

someway, somehow, we always find time and energy for the run no matter how lazy the day feels. That's especially true weekends for me
Dreams do have indications, hope they meant something positive and you might be able to participate soon in the sprint.
Nice work. You seemed to be getting back you pace again.
