My 1st Rising Star Giveaways Winners

It's been over a week since I held GIVEAWAYS, and it's time to announce the GIVEAWAYS winners. But before that I want to slightly Evaluate/Correct the course of this GIVEAWAYS.

EVALUATION

In this first GIVEAWAYS that I held, there were still some participants who (probably) did not read carefully the Terms/Rules of this GIVEAWAYS. But this won't disqualify the participant, because maybe this mistake is also my part as the organizer.

^{It's true that one of the rules says to write your username by replying to comments, BUT...}

It says that to participate in many GIVEAWAYs, you just have to write your username in one of the GIVEAWAYS (not in all the GIVEAWAYS in the comments), and UPVOTE in the other GIVEAWAYS. But there are still some who do. I don't know if some of the participants were too excited to join this GIVEAWAYS or because my writing was difficult to understand.

The reason I made this Rules is because there is a possibility that participants who take part in this GIVEAWAYS have a small amount of HP (Hive Power), and write a comment Spends More RC (Resource Credit) compared to just upvoting comments.

There were also some participants who wrote their username not according to the rules of GIVEAWAYS (they should have written their username by replying to a comment from one of the GIVEAWAYS that I have provided). This also won't disqualify them, because maybe they didn't read the rules carefully (or maybe they intend to join all the GIVEAWAYS available)

Maybe for the upcoming GIVEAWAYS (have to wait to reach 100K STARBITS), I will change some of the rules....
