Jog
I just finished a 5.699km running that lasted about 0hh:30mm:56ss !
Last Wednesday afternoon Enzo had a small fight with another dog that caused a bleeding wound on his right hind leg. After the obligatory visit to the vet and following his advice, I decided not to go running for a few days... but today the dog couldn't take it anymore, and neither could I (LoL)...
So we have gone to the next hill to jog on soft ground for a few kilometers and comply with the plan more or less.
The day has been spectacular, we have had a little mini-spring in winter, although in the afternoon it seems that winter is back again.

I hope Enzo is okay. He obviously loves running with you. I see a few people run with dogs at parkrun and the dogs are so eager to get started.
