It was worth it

I just finished a 9.262km running that lasted about 0hh:58mm:16ss !

At 11:30 I finished the meeting and I didn't have much work to do... It crossed my mind to take the car and take the dog for a run in the mountains, 25 minutes from home...
The truth is, I didn't plan to do a Trail Run this week but as I said, it was all an impromptu boost (LoL).
And I have to say that it was well worth approaching the mountains... I have enjoyed it like never before.
I think the last time I visited this trail was at the end of last year, it is a trail with many ups and downs on soil, mud and rocks, with very thick vegetation and very dense trees since this mountainside faces north .

We have reached an old water reservoir, which is more than 100 years old, in fact, it is one of the reservoirs that at the beginning of the 20th century supplied water to the city of Barcelona... today it is at minimum levels due to to little maintenance and drought...

After we have taken another path to return to the car, this has led us to obtain an unbeatable panoramic view of Barcelona.

In the end, almost 1 hour of running, accumulating 300m of altitude, more than 9km and many heartbeats... it shows that I am not used to it.
