Recovery Jog + Core
I just finished a 5.313km running that lasted about 0hh:30mm:35ss !
A pretty gray day in general, it's cloudy but it doesn't rain which is quite worrying lately in our region... well, let's hope it does soon.
Since yesterday I did the long run of the week, today is the time to run more calmly and recover from the tensions acquired.
In addition to jogging, I have taken the opportunity to strengthen the upper part of the body by doing core exercises as well.
Runners should not forget to strengthen the upper part of the body, abdominals and lower back as well as the arms. Everything is part of the act of running and if the less active aspects are not taken care of, the injury may appear unexpectedly.
Tomorrow we will run a little more intensely although we will spend approximately the same time on it.
