Hospital Run
I just finished a 7.204km running that lasted about 0hh:43mm:17ss !
I have my father in the hospital, yesterday he fractured his femur and today they detected that he is Positive in COVID, so they had to isolate him.
My run today had to change the track, I had to go to my father's house and pick up different stuff for him to spend a long time at the clinic, without visits because of the damn virus, so I did a bit of hill running and then I made a stop there to pick up what they asked me from the hospital.
It took me 10' to do it and then I continued running through the city streets to the hospital where I delivered the stuff to the nurses... then back home, of course, running.
And all this done with my dog by my side...
It has been a bit multitasking but at least I have fulfilled the plan and I have taken care of my father.
Let's see how I do it tomorrow.
Keep on running!

Great multi tasking and still getting some good kilometres in the legs.
Thanks mate!
Family is everything and it's always nice to see people who appreciate their parents... Speedy recovery to your Dad.
thanks! first he needs to get out from covid, then a surgery for the fracture and then recovery... it will take long
wish him good health and smooth recovery!
Look at that commitment. I wish I was as strong-willed as you are when it comes to running :) Great job.
