My Actifit Report Card: September 11 2022
Welcome friends. Today I post a few pictures from the day along with my Actifit Report Card, an update on my Actifit Leaderboard positions, and my Hive goals for the week.
Sunday was a rainy day, and I was busy getting things done with the family. My daughter had a dentist appointment in the afternoon. We were a bit early and spent some time walking around at a nearby park.
I hit 10.943 steps by the end of the day. This is the sixth day in a row I hit my minimum goal of 10,000 steps per day. I aim to keep this streak going. I've made a daily habit of checking my step count before I sleep and will pace around for those last few hundred steps if needed to make sure to hit that 10k.
In the recent Actifit Weekly Top 250 Leaderboard, I dropped 35 positions to #114.
Happily though, in the latest Actifit Overall Top 500 Leaderboard I gained 21 spots on my way to get within the top 300.
I've maintained about 11,000 steps per day on average. I find these leaderboards so motivating, purely for posterity, so will continue to work this week on upping my step count.
The Alive Chat topic for Sunday is to "Share Your Hive Goals - And Track Your Progress From Last Week." I've been working on tracking sheets to help assess weekly progress and goals. So far I'm tracking the following tokens and hope to start tracking more.
HIVE POWER: My target was to add 10HP. I met my goal for the second week in a row and added 10HP. My new goal for next week is to add 12HP.
ALIVE: I added 68.5AP this week. I hope to get 75 AP next week.
AFIT: I added 648 AFIT this week. This is after activating all market items I can every day. This is higher than last week so want to monitor for another week and then set a realistic goal.
SPORTS: Staked an additional 18,937 and will try for 20,000 next week.
