I still don't understand how THAT is The Riddler... can you shine any light on his costume? Why does he look like that? And why is Jim Gordon a Hispanic dude? So strange. lol

I think Jim Gordon's ethnicity is about increasing diversity and equity in the media and entertainment industry but i really don't understand The Riddler's costume. I have never seen him in a costume like that. It's more like Scarecrow-wanna be, lol. Actually, I was sure from the beginning that he was The Riddler because of the question marks and puzzles, but his costume confused me for a second.
