Here today with some of the fun things I prepared for the boys this holiday evening!

Festive Food Art

One of the things that I’ve enjoyed recently, as my hubby might have shared with you here and there, is some fun food art! It’s good to try but it also gets our son to eat things sometimes more than he normally does. We gave this a try with some festive foods and he sure loved it! He wasn’t a huge fan of some of the offerings but he thankfully at least gave them a try!

The Christmas tree and display here was definitely my favorite! I would have never thought to make cucumber sliced and stick a skewer in them to make it look even more fun and festive! These didn’t last long at all, since our son loves his cucumber!

This was more up my husbands alley hahaha he has been eating a bit more meat than he has in the past so we have indulged a bit for the holidays and figured we would give this a try. The salami flower was a little hard to do but he absolutely loved it!

The display on the table was nice, especially since it was right by the window and you could take a peek outside at the nice sunny but chilly day here in New England!

I think this was certainly one of my favorite and most fun bits of food art I’ve done recently! I have some plans for some more tomorrow and in the coming weeks, I’ll try to make it on here to post about it!
