During a period of 60 days that is the plan. It's actually not that hard and I feel I should do a lot more or at least raise the weight which I plan to do next week. The goal is to just slightly feel it the day after without it causing too much discomfort slowly but surely making progress. If anything, having a journaling blog really helps to somewhat stay consistent.
