Claim Your Free Tokens Today (Ragnarok)

The Ragnarok drop officially has launched and is currently underway. Below I will list some bullet points about the claim drop and then give details on how to complete your claim.

  • The Ragnarok project is an NFT Gaming project that has been in the works for months and is financed by @theycallmedan.
  • All Hivers who had Hive and/or Hive Power during the SPK Network SnapShot (1/6/2022) are eligible for the Ragnarok Claim Drop.
  • The official claim date started on 4/20/22.
  • There is a one-time claim with your Hive account (same process as with the Laranyx Token) using your preferred claim method within a 3-month window.
  • Claim tokens are called DUATS. At a to be announced time 112 DUATS will be tradable for 1 RCT (Ragnarok Claim Tokens). One RCT = One Ragnarok NFT.

Ragnarok Team Quote:

On a side note, the game has been progressing every day. The Ragnarok team is working hard full-time. We are committing all of our resources to make the game and art as high quality as possible.

The RCTs will be the first step, after the RCT claim on 4/20, within the coming months, the NFT art will be finalized, and you can then start claiming your NFTs and revealing which ones you get.

Later this year, we will have public testing of the game and get voting mechanics and the in-game DAO working. From there, we will start evolving as a community.

Note:

The RCT claim quoted above has been changed to a DUAT claim. DUAT tokens will be tradable for RCT (Ragnarok Claim Tokens) sometime in a future update.

Picked mine up the day after (I like to give it a little time in case any bugs or whatever show up) My only dislike is it being central listed on their exchange only which greatly limits the read of this thing just like SPK tokens. Besides that tough I look forward to the game and converting these into cards! I expect the card market to be even more lit and I'll most likely hold out on that compared to buying and selling on the current market.

I just made my claim today. I usually wait to claim any drops for the same reason you stated. I agree, the potential upside of holding is too good to sell in today's market.

Thanks mate. I just claimed now my 52 DUAT. What can I do with it now? One option is to swap it for 0,33 Hive I see. Is that wise idea? What else it can be used for? !LUV

Eventually DUAT tokens can be swapped for NFTs. For now all we can do is hold them or trade them. Personally I'm holding mine.

Thanks for your instructive post. Although I have only 37 Hive in my wallet, I got 36 DUAT. I am very grateful to you for showing me how to claim this new token, as I slowly accumulate Hive Blockchain tokens.

You're welcome, there is also a drop for the LARYNX token; LARYNX can be claimed once a month.
