Gladiator | Review | [Eng|Spa]

All life has existed in the world wars, previously men who went to war was to conquer lands, impose laws, reigns and all the power of the first 200 years of the world. The men who went to war moved from one place to another on their horses and their armor was made of wrought iron.

That has not changed much today, there are still wars for the hunger for power. On the other hand there are the soldiers who now move by airplanes, vehicles and so on. I can't imagine those brave men getting into an airplane or a war tank, if in themselves, they were already imposing with their shields, horses and war tanks.

I love those stories, I love the Roman Empire and the Ottoman Empire, they were the biggest and most powerful empires in the world. Apart from the Turkish series, I usually enjoy one and a thousand times The Gladiator movie.

This movie was released in 2000, with a duration of more than 2 hours it becomes one of my favorite feature films. Actually every time I watch it I feel that seconds pass, from its music, dialogues, scenery, actors, the plot, everything is a total success.

Toda la vida ha existido en el mundo las guerras, anteriormente los hombres que iban a la guerra era para conquistar tierras, imponer leyes, reinados y todo el poderío de los primeros 200 años del mundo. Los hombres que iban a la guerra se movian de un lugar a otro en sus caballos y sus armaduras eran de hierro forjado.

Eso no ha cambiado mucho en la actualidad, aún siguen existiendo las guerras por el hambre de poder. Por otro lado están los soldados que ahora se mueven por aviones, vehículos y demás. No imagino aquellos valientes hombres subiendo a un avión o a un tanque de guerra, si de por sí, ya eran imponentes con sus escudos, caballos y tanques de guerra.

Esas historias me encantan, me encanta el imperio romano y el imperio otomano, fueron los imperios más grandes y poderosos del mundo. A parte de las series Turcas, suelo disfrutar una y mil veces la película de El Gladiador.

Esta película se estrenó en el año 2000, con una duración de más de 2horas se convierte en uno de mis largometrajes favoritos. En realidad cada vez que la veo siento que pasan segundos, desde su música, diálogos, escenografía, actores, la trama, todo es un total éxito.

Maximus not only becomes the right hand of the emperor, but he is loved and loved by the emperor, so much was the love of the emperor for Maximus that his son Commodus was very jealous and envious of him.

Commodus, the emperor's son, was ambitious, vain and envious, his interests were different from ruling Rome, his interests were to be famous, popular and very powerful. Noticing that his father preferred General Maximus, he intervened in his father's decisions, which was to make Maximus the next emperor of Rome.

It's when the whole plot of the film really begins, as we see how the vanity and jealousy of a son comes to change the history of the world. The actor who plays Commodus is Joaquin Phoenix, despite coming to hate his role in this movie, I can't help but admit that he did it perfectly.

El actor principal es el muy conocido Russell Crowe, quien interpreta al General Romano Máximo Décimo Meridio, este es uno de los mejores Generales quien con éxito llevaba todas las victorias del gran imperio romano, era la mano derecha del emperador Marco Aurélio, quien es interpretado por el actor Richard Harris. Máximo no sólo se convierte en el mano derecha del emperador, sino que es querido y amado por el mismo, tanto era el amor del emperador por Máximo que su hijo Cómodo sentía muchos celos y envidia de él.

Cómodo el hijo del emperador, era ambicioso, vanidoso y envidioso, sus intereses eran diferentes al de gobernar Roma, lo de él era ser famoso, popular y muy poderoso. Al notar que su padre preferia al General Maximo, intervino en las decisiones de su padre, el cual era convertir a Máximo en el próximo emperador de Roma.

Es cuando toda la trama de la película realmente comienza, se desarrollan panoramas que logran captar tu atención, ya que vemos como la vanidad y los celos de un hijo llegan a cambiar la historia del mundo. El actor que interpreta a Cómodo es Joaquín Phoenix, a pesar de llegar a odiar su papel en esta película, no puedo evitar admitir que lo hizo perfectamente.

I love to see how after obtaining the position of emperor, Commodus continues to feel frightened by the presence of Maximus, so he sends to kill him, but nevertheless he manages to survive even though he failed to protect his family from the evil orders of the new emperor Commodus, which were to kill both the general Maximus and his entire family, after suffering that loss, he was captured as a slave by a merchant and that's how he ends up becoming Gladiator, or rather the best Gladiator.

Este personaje no sólo envidiaba a Máximo por el amor que su padre le tenía, sino que sumado a eso, su media hermana también adoraba a dicho general, era tan sabio, valiente, inteligente, que todos los romanos lo amaban, esa fama, poder lo quería él. Pero su malvado corazón no se lo permitía, así que forjó el destino de todos con tal de conseguir su objetivo y no el de su padre.

Me encanta ver como después de obtener el puesto de emperador, Cómodo sigue sintiéndose atemorizado por la presencia de Máximo, por eso manda a matarlo, más sin embargo éste logra sobrevivir aún cuando no logró proteger a su familia de las malvadas órdenes del nuevo emperador Cómodo, que eran acabar tanto con el general Máximo como con toda su familia, después de sufrir esa pérdida, fue capturado como esclavo por un mercader y es así como termina convirtiéndose en Gladiador, o mejor dicho en el mejor Gladiador.

My favorite part of the whole movie, is when General Maximus is introduced to Commodus. After being a loyal and victorious general he became the most famous and victorious gladiator and Commodus who goes from being the emperor's son to the emperor of Rome. Still, that scene where they show the great power of Maximus and the great fear of Commodus is priceless.

Many times in life it's not about where you are or what you have, it's about your personality, your confidence and your inner power that makes others tremble when they see you or hear your name.

Tomando venganza por su familia y por el fallecido emperador Marco Aurélio, derrotando así al malvado emperador Cómodo y liberando a toda Roma de sus manos.

Mi parte favorita de toda la película, es cuando el general Máximo se presenta ante Cómodo. Después de ser un leal y victorioso general pasó a ser el más famoso y victorioso gladiador y Cómodo quien pasa de ser hijo del emperador a emperador de Roma. Aún si, esa escena donde muestran el gran poder de Máximo y el gran temor de Cómodo no tiene precio.

Muchas veces en la vida no se trata del lugar donde estés ni lo que tengas, se trata de tu personalidad, tu confianza y tu poder interno lo que hace que otros tiemblen al verte o al oír tu nombre.
