Hello, this morning I went into the garden to collect lotus flowers to make tea with my family this morning.

The wife is at home making coffee and making breakfast for everyone in the house to eat.

วิธีทำชา
The lotus pollen is boiled in hot water. I use lotus pollen. Fresh made this cup of tea.

I don't think I have ever seen tea made from the anthers of lotus flowers, I wonder about the taste, very interesting. My family I love to eat fresh lotus seeds from the pod, a good snack to buy on the roadside.
