The weekend duels are behind us. As usual, they have provided plenty of excitement as we look forward to another exciting week of competition.

[POL] Weekendowe pojedynki już za nami. Jak zwykle dostarczyły wiele emocji, przed nami kolejny ciekawy tydzień rywalizacji.

As @merthin predicted, the weekend's fixtures have shaken up the Golden League's top flight. Double winner @bucipuci tasted the bitterness of defeat, losing first to @browery and a day later to @manuvert. The two defeats cost him a place on the podium, but I have no doubt that he will soon be back in the top three. On the bottom step of the podium was @davidthompson57, I wonder what else the Englishman will surprise us with this season. A slight reshuffle in the middle of the leaderboard, all down to small differences between players. In last place is still @sk1920, but he has announced that he will show some power this week. Not sure what that means, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

[POL] Zgodnie z przewidywaniem @merthin, weekendowe pojedynki wstrząsnęły czołówką Golden League. Dwukrotnie @bucipuci poznał gorycz porażki, najpierw przegrał z @browery, a dzień później z @manuvert. Dwie porażki kosztowały go spadek poza podium, ale nie mam wątpliwości, że szybko wróci do czołowej trójki. Na najniższym stopniu podium zameldował się @davidthompson57, ciekawe czym jeszcze zaskoczy nas Anglik w tym sezonie. Lekkie przetasowania w środku tabeli, wszystko to związane jest małymi różnicami pomiędzy graczami. Na ostatnim miejscu nadal @sk1920, ale zapowiedział, że pokaże w tym tygodniu moc. Nie wiem, co to znaczy, ale trzymam kciuki.

Unexpected defeat for @itz.inno against @svanbo, the Belgian has been a revelation this season. Still undefeated is @erikklok, who was lucky in this round as his opponent was not too tough. The Dutchman is already six points clear of the runners-up, a good lead going into the second week. @asia-pl improved their season record, winning a match and moving up three places in the standings. A tough match was won by @stewie.wieno, his opponent was @notak, who played in the GL last season. The Australian is one of the favourites for promotion this season, but it looks like it won't be an easy task.

[POL] Niespodziewana porażka @itz.inno w meczu z @svanbo, Belg jest rewelacją tego sezonu. Wciąż niepokonanym pozostaje @erikklok, w tej rundzie dopisało mu szczęście, bo rywal był mało wymagający. Przewaga Holendra nad drugim i trzecim miejscem wynosi już sześć punktów, to dobra zaliczka na początku drugiego tygodnia. @asia-pl poprawiła swój rekord sezonu, wygrała mecz i awansowała o trzy miejsca w tabeli. Trudny mecz wygrał @stewie.wieno, jego rywalem był @notak, który jeszcze w poprzednim sezonie grał w GL. W tym sezonie Australijczyk zaliczany jest do grona faworytów do awansu, ale wygląda na to, że nie będzie to super łatwe zadanie.

@davidthompson57 is very effective with effort required for his position. @manuvert is close. @bucipuci is on the other end among the top 6. @browery, @fredkese and @merthin on average need 12k steps per point.

Definitely the latter. In past seasons the reverse has happened and I got relegated, albeit temporarily.

I don't know what I'm doing right but it could be consistency!
