Mansfield parkrun
I just finished a 5.047km running that lasted about 0hh:30mm:37ss !
No covid hangover today, back to sub 25 minutes. Still a fair bit off my personal best for Mansfield but happy with an official time of 24:32 for now and 5 minutes faster than last week. We have added Mansfield to our P index challenge. The number of times you have run at different parkruns. Right now I have a P index of 6. I have run 6 times at 6 different park runs. Whats your parkrun P index number? I use the free parkrun running challenge app 5km runner to keep track of my stats.
