We all know how difficult a weight loss journey can be. Yeah, it's truly a journey. There are ups and downs, there needs to be a plan, money spent, many emotional sessions, and what not! We focus on our diet, on our exercise, and overall on our lifestyle.

But one thing always gets ignored in this journey. And that is our sleep.

Overall these days, we have a tendency to compromise with sleep. It's like, we don't think it's a priority, our body will adjust, we can manage to cope and there will be no harsh effect. It's true that what effect it causes is not very easy to see. But after a while, we can feel what we made wrong.

Before going on that point, make sleep your priority if you are on your weight loss journey.

There's a direct connection between sleep with our weight. When our body doesn't get enough sleep it increases some hormones that are responsible for hunger. This means we feel more hungry if we don't get enough sleep. Not only that, lack of sleep increases other hormones that activate the fat cells and increases our weight fast. Also, it creates an imbalance among hormones and thus we gain more weight in a short time.

But why I'm talking about this today is because I have seen how people ignore sleep not just only when it comes to weight loss but overall.

Its a terrorist act on American soil while some say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic and foreign threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers from telling the truth?

Your throughly right about sleeping we should derive more time to sleep which I believe is really important to our healthy life.

You are very right and this is just the pure truth. We cannot deprive ourselves of the good sleep we ought to have because we are working to reduce weight. Sleep with losing weight goes hand in hand to have the fitness we aim for.
