PPL workout - Legs
Hello everyone !
Another solid workout today, great legs day on top of that.
That’s 3 long sessions in a row, I feel muscle soreness everywhere. Not sure if I’ll be able to maintain that.
On the menu:
- regular squats 5x30
- straight legs deadlift 5x25
- Nordic curls 5x15
- walking lunges 5x30
- burpees 5x15
- bridges 3x25
- standing calves 5x30
