Tapas y cañas con excelente compañía en Restaurante Triana. Antequera. España 📍

Hola queridos amigos, feliz fin de semana! espero que hayan tenido una estupenda semana y que todo se les esté dando de manera positiva, por mi parte me encuentro muy bien, super feliz, resulta que me encuentro visitando a mi hermana en España, vine aprovechando las vacaciones de verano y este país es sinónimo de tapas, vinos, flamenco y todo gira alrededor de la buena comida 😋

Mi hermana ha armado planes de visitar varios lugares, muchos son restaurantes. En ésta ocasión visitamos un restaurante que se encuentra en la ciudad de Antequera, entramos luego de hacer varias compras y esencialmente necesitábamos refrescarnos ya que la temperatura es muy elevada está cerca de los 40 grados centígrados.

El restaurante se llama" restaurante y bodegas Triana" ubicado en la parte central de la ciudad tiene un área de tapas y picoteo y una área de restaurante. Presenta comida auténtica y tradicional de la zona y del país fuí acompañada de mi hermana y mi sobrino. Mi hermana pidió una cerveza tostada sin alcohol, por mi parte seguí su recomendación y también la pedí y les cuento que me encantó! El sabor tostado de esta bebida, se asemeja a la malta que venden en Venezuela solo que es sin azúcar. Con cada cerveza ofrecen una tapa. En la carta habían muchas opciones, ofrecen tapas frías y calientes y al ver la vitrina de presentación absolutamente todas lucían deliciosas.

Mi hermana pidió tapas frías para refrescarnos nos presentarón el picadillo Andaluz, tapa compuesta por papa, melón, naranja, atún, aceituna y huevo, me pareció deliciosa la fusión de estos sabores, por otro lado nos sirvierón la ensaladilla triana, su sutileza de sabor y presentación me encantó, es una ensalada cremosa con papa, salmón y tocineta ¡una divinidad!. Por último nos sirvierón la porra Antequera, siendo un plato típico de la zona es una crema fría a base de tomate, ajo, pimentón con trozos de jamón ibérico, me gustó mucho por su refrescante sabor. En general cada platillo fue muy diferente, los sabores únicos, la preparaciones y las presentaciones muy apetecibles fué algo que me atraparon bastante.

Al final pasamos una tarde muy agradable, recordando muchas anécdotas de nuestra niñez, mi sobrino con sus ocurrencias nos hizo reír bastante, así que si vienes a España, les recomiendo al 100% este lugar, van a pasar un momento muy agradable. I hope you have had a great week and that everything is going well for you, for my part I am very well, super happy, I happen to be visiting my sister in Spain, I came taking advantage of the summer vacations and this country is synonymous with tapas, wine, flamenco and everything revolves around good food 😋.

My sister has put together plans to visit several places, many are restaurants. On this occasion we visited a restaurant that is located in the city of Antequera, we entered after making several purchases and essentially we needed to cool off as the temperature is very high it is close to 40 degrees Celsius.

The restaurant is called "Restaurante y Bodegas Triana" located in the central part of the city has a tapas and snack area and a restaurant area. It features authentic and traditional food from the area and the country. I was accompanied by my sister and my nephew. My sister asked for a non-alcoholic toasted beer, I followed her recommendation and also ordered it and I tell you that I loved it! The toasted flavor of this drink is similar to the malt they sell in Venezuela, only without sugar. With each beer they offer a tapa. There were many options on the menu, they offer hot and cold tapas and when I saw the display case they all looked absolutely delicious.
My sister asked for cold tapas to refresh us, they presented us with the Andalusian picadillo, a tapa composed of potato, melon, orange, tuna, olive and egg, I found the fusion of these flavors delicious, on the other hand they served us the ensaladilla triana, its subtlety of flavor and presentation enchanted me, it is a creamy salad with potato, salmon and bacon, a divinity! Finally we were served the porra Antequera, being a typical dish of the area is a cold cream based on tomato, garlic, paprika with pieces of Iberian ham, I liked it very much for its refreshing flavor. In general, each dish was very different, the unique flavors, the preparations and the very appetizing presentations were something that caught my attention.

In the end we spent a very pleasant evening, remembering many anecdotes of our childhood, my nephew with his witticisms made us laugh a lot, so if you come to Spain, I recommend 100% this place, you will have a very nice time.
