Cooking at Home Kai Fish and Hilsa Fish Curry With Radish
Hello friends, today I am again joining you with another brand new fun and delicious recipe . The recipe I have is Koi fish with radish and Hilsa fish curry recipe . This is the first time I have cooked this recipe . I never really thought this recipe would be so delicious and fun . This is a completely new recipe for me and I have shared the complete recipe with you every day . I try to share with you something new every day . Radish is a winter vegetable and very tasty and fun . Kai fish is one of my favorite fish and hilsa fish is our national fish . I have praised a lot of hilsa fish. This fish is very tasty in the way it is cooked . Because this hilsa fish has a lot of scent and a favorite fish of all . Today I will share with you through this post how I have cooked curry fish and hilsa fish curry with radish . If you want, you can see this post of mine and learn how to cook at home . I hope you like my recipe today . So let's get started and see how I cooked this recipe . The recipe is cooked with several ingredients . Really has been a lot tastier and fun .
Here I am cutting kai fish and hilsa fish into pieces and washing them well with water.
The fish is mixed with half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and adequate amount of salt.
Heat oil in a pan and leave the fish in the oil till it turns brown.
Once the fish is nicely fried, it should be kept in a bowl.
I have taken radish here , I cut the radishes into pieces and washed them well with water.
The radishes should be left in hot water for a while.
After a while, the radishes should be sifted through a sieve.
Here I have turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of chilli powder, half a teaspoon of cumin paste, half a teaspoon of ginger paste, half a teaspoon of garlic paste, half a teaspoon of salt.
I cut a tomato into pieces.
Here I took 6 to 7 dried peppers.
Cut ten to twelve green peppers into pieces.
One cup of chopped onion.
Now heat oil in a pan and leave the onion in the oil and fry till it turns brown.
When the onions become light brown in color, add boiled radish ginger paste and garlic paste together and mix well.
After two minutes, mix well with green chillies and all spices.
After cooking for a while, add a cup of water and tomato pieces and cook on low heat for a while.
Cook until the water is dry.
Then you have to cook for some more time with the same amount of water.
When the water is hot, add the fried fish.
Now heat the oil in another pan in another oven and fry the onion and dried chillies in the oil till they turn brown.
When it is fried, I will add it with the recipe.
At the end of cooking, you can sprinkle coriander leaves to enhance the taste of the recipe.
Once cooked in a while you can take it in a bowl and serve as you like.
