Health is a state of being from illness or injury. It is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being. Living a healthy lifestyle gives you longer and happier life with you enjoying more aspects of your life, it keeps you fit and energetic.
When talking about health it entails our we balance our physical, mental and social health Daily.

PHYSICAL HEALTH
Living a healthy lifestyle through our physical health involves making good choices when it comes to nutrition, sleep, physical activity,stress and illness prevention. Exercising daily helps improve our health overall. We can exercise daily by even walking, jogging,stretching and so on for 30 minutes daily for three times a week. Physical health can also be improved by drinking of plenty water, eating of different diet to get essential nutrients for cell growth, learn not to eat too much meals to control the body weight. Eating of fruits and vegetables are also a part of eating healthy, the nutrients from fruits and vegetables are vital for overall health and maintenance of body systems and also consume less sugar and salt and always get plenty sleep. When you don't adopt these it exposes you to chronic health issues.

MENTAL HEALTH
Mental health affects how we think,act and feel,mental health is also our we handle our stress and relate to others.mental health is very important and vital to us living a healthy life. Mental health can be caused by stressful situations(which includes the current economic situation in nigeria), trauma or the loss of a love one, which can also affected our emotional health. Emotional health is our ability to cope with our emotions, either positive or negative emotions.we can improve on our mental health by always talking about our feelings to someone we trust, ask for help we in need of it, exercise our mind to think postive thoughts, challenge yourself not to be defeated by fear, be aware of your emotions and reactions towards others and connect with other people, Start up something you love to do and grow it.it helps to improve our mental health. We should also learn to walk out from unhelathy relationships with other people to avoid depression.

Living a healthy lifestyle involves every aspect of our life. Our social environment needs cleanliness to avoid illness, we need good food for our health and for good food, you will have to earn money by getting a job. For a health lifestyle we need to be happy in order to be truly healthy.
