Guten Abend :)
Die Microsoft-Störung hatte auch uns erwischt. Dementsprechend hatte ich heute nur einen einzigen Call auf der Arbeit. Ich bin dementsprechend schon nachmittags ins Fitnessstudio gegangen. Abends war ich dann in "Ich einfach unverbesserlich 4". Und ich war da komplett alleine drin, weil ich den Film auf Englisch geschaut habe. Ich glaube, wenn der Film ungefähr 8 Mal am Tag auf Deutsch läuft, schaut man den sich nicht unbedingt auf Englisch an. Ich hatte aber Bock drauf. Ich hatte natürlich, wie ich gestern schon angekündigt habe, die größte Packung Popcorn, aber ich konnte nicht widerstehen. Ich bin jetzt aber dann tatsächlich noch nach dem Kino in den Garten gegangen, habe ein bisschen den Ball hochgehalten und war danach nochmal eine große Runde spazieren, weil ich um jeden Preis auf Plus/Minus Null kommen wollte. Dementsprechend ganz, ganz viele Schritte heute von dem Spaziergang und vom Fußballspielen.

The Microsoft outage affected us too. As a result, I only had one call at work today. So, I went to the gym in the afternoon. In the evening, I went to see "Despicable Me 4". I was completely alone in the theater because I watched the movie in English. And I think when the movie is shown about 8 times a day in German, you don't necessarily watch it in English, but I felt like it. As I mentioned yesterday, I had the largest pack of popcorn, but I couldn't resist. After the cinema, I actually went into the garden, juggled a bit with the ball, and then went for a long walk because I wanted to break even or at least be at zero. Consequently, a lot of steps today came from the walk and the football juggling.
Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?
Zu essen gab es bei mir heute Hähnchenbrust, 600 Gramm, zusammen mit Chili Con Carne. Warum auch immer ich diese Kombo gewählt habe, war eigentlich ganz lecker. Und dann hatte ich, wie gesagt, die große Packung Popcorn, die knapp 2000 Kalorien wohl hat, laut App. Ich stelle das jetzt einfach mal nicht in Frage und lasse das mal so stehen. Dementsprechend habe ich heute, weil ich schon wusste, dass es hinausläuft, recht viel Sport gemacht. Bin deswegen jetzt mit einer Punktlandung noch davon gekommen, worüber ich recht froh bin. Morgen früh bin ich schon zum Tennisspielen verabredet, das heißt, da werde ich auch schon mal ein bisschen ins Defizit kommen. Bin ich mal gespannt, wie der morgige Tag wird.
What about the calories?
Today, I had 600 grams of chicken breast along with chili con carne. Not sure why I chose this combo, but it was actually quite tasty. And as mentioned, I had the large pack of popcorn, which, according to the app, has about 2000 calories. I won't question that and just accept it. Knowing this, I did a lot of exercise today and managed to break even, which I'm quite happy about. Tomorrow morning, I'm scheduled to play tennis, so I'll start the day with a bit of a deficit. I'm curious to see how tomorrow will turn out.

Ich habe die Störung tatsächlich garnicht mitbekommen. Spannend, aber naja, traurig bin ich jetzt nicht.

Aber läuft, den Film auf englisch zu schauen kann man mal machen.
Mittlerweile finde ich die Minion Reihe absolut ausgelutscht. War mal richtig gut, aber naja
Auf jeden Fall sehr schön zu sehen, dass du deine kalorienbilanz im Blick hast und darauf hinarbeitest die zu halten.
