Guten Abend :)

Wir waren heute den ganzen Tag von der Arbeit aus unterwegs, also das heißt, wir hatten auch eine Art kleinen Ausflug mit unserem Team. Dementsprechend habe ich heute nicht ganz so viele Schritte gemacht und bin jetzt auch erst nach Hause gekommen, also nach zwölf. Der Post ist also etwas verzögert. Ich kann auch direkt für morgen schon mal sagen, es wird morgen nur einen sehr, sehr kurzen Post geben. Eventuell kann es sogar sein, dass der ausfällt. Sollte das passieren, verlose ich für den nächsten Post zwei Hive. Ich gehe aber davon aus, dass ich einfach einen sehr kurzen abgeben werde. Grund dafür ist, ich bin morgen auf einen Geburtstag eingeladen, der schon um 18 Uhr beginnt und dieser Geburtstag findet mitten in der Pampa statt und ich mir nicht sicher bin, ob ich eine stabile Internetverbindung habe, dass das funktioniert. Eigentlich traurig, aber ja. Es gibt immer noch in bestimmten Ecken in Deutschland ein sehr, sehr schlechtes Internet und ich bin mir da nicht so hundertprozentig sicher, ob das funktioniert. Deswegen seid schon mal vorgewarnt. Ich denke aber, ich kriege das hin, dass es zumindest ein ganz kurzer Post wird und ich das geben, was ich machen kann.

Good evening :)

We were out with work all day today, so we had a sort of small trip with our team. Accordingly, I didn't get as many steps in today and just got home after midnight, so this post is a bit delayed. I can also say in advance for tomorrow that there will be a very, very short post. It may even be that it will not be posted at all. If that happens, I will raffle two Hive for the next post. However, I assume that I will just make a very short post. The reason is that I am invited to a birthday tomorrow, which starts at 6 PM and takes place in the middle of nowhere. I'm not sure if I will have a stable internet connection. It's actually sad, but yes, there are still some areas in Germany with very poor internet, and I'm not a hundred percent sure if it will work. So, be warned. But I think I can manage to at least make a very short post and do what I can.

Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?

Zu essen gab es heute auf der Arbeit, haltet euch fest, Pommes-Döner, weil es scheinbar gestern nicht so viele Döner verkauft worden sind, wie die Cafeteria sich gedacht hat und dementsprechend gab es noch Reste von gestern, was echt cool gewesen ist, weil es super lecker war. Und wir waren von der Arbeit aus dann noch in einem italienischen Restaurant, da hatte ich eine Calzone-Pizza, sehr lecker gewesen. Und mehr habe ich heute tatsächlich nicht gegessen und damit bin ich in der Summe tatsächlich bei einem recht großen Defizit.

For food today at work, brace yourselves, there was Pommes-Döner, because apparently not as many döner were sold yesterday as the cafeteria thought, so there were leftovers from yesterday, which was really cool because it was super delicious. And we also went to an Italian restaurant with work, where I had a Calzone pizza, very delicious. And I actually didn't eat more today, so overall I ended up with a pretty big deficit.

What I understood with "leave a comment" on your giveaway rules is that a Hive user has to comment directly (as a top-level comment) under your latest post. 🤔 That's what I didn't do. 🤯😅

11k Schritte sind stark!
Ein Ausflug mit dem Team ist ja nicht verkehrt, top, dass du trotzdem deinen Bericht schreiben konntest.
Da kannst du sehr stolz drauf sein.

Geburtstag mitten in der Pampa, das klingt tatsächlich entweder nach 5G oder aber nach, vorsichtig ausgedrückt, nicht vorhandenem Kaloriendefizit aufgrund einer Hopfen-Wassermischung
