While i spent my Sunday at home but with a damaged Internet cable, you sure seemed to have fun. Playing football then hanging out then swimming. No doubt a far more healthier Sunday than most of mine.

I am so very happy that you accomplished this. Swimming must be a lot of fun. In the one or two times I've been to the beach, water seems peaceful. I cannot swim yet. You will be a motivation.
