The story of Doug's stash

(Edited)

Douglas Blanchard was a real punk, he loved to cause trouble. When he was a kid, he used to prank restaurants for fun. He would call Pizza Hut and ask for the number for Dominos.

For a while, he was into joining Fortnite matches to troll kids on the Internet. He would use a voice changer and try to trigger his team mates into leaving. He loved to burp loudly on the mic in the middle of big fights.

Fearing he would get in trouble; he hid away some money for a rainy day. He thought buying some Hive and hiding it in an account would be a great idea. He was afraid someone would find it, and wasn’t sure the best way to protect it. He decided he would scramble the key so no one could get it. He was worried he would forget it, so he left himself a clue.

Doug is a programmer and he knows all sorts of neat tricks to hide data where no one else can find it. He also knows all the protocols TCPIP, NFS, IPFS, UDP.

He has since cleaned up his act and has been doing some game development. Oddly enough, he discovered Hive again, and wants to build something really cool. He has been telling his friends about Hive lately trying to get them to start contributing.

So far he has gotten 15 people to sign up for Hive.

UPDATE - And it is gone. @pfunk figured it out. Hopefully he shares how he did it.

UPDATE - It's back on, @pfunk returned 90 Hive.

Then, I think he will add a remerkable value to HIVE. By the ways, calling Pizza Hut and asking for the number Dominos is a real troll 😁

Story time:

My son liked to go to Dairy Queen, he loves their toast. We will go and get their chicken finger basket that has some good chicken fingers and toast. We will then get a Blizzard for desert, 9 out of 10 times I slip and ask for McFlurry.

My first job was working at a fast food restaurant that wasn't Burger King. While working the drive through, if it wasn't a lunch or dinner rush, I would sometimes have fun by saying something like "Welcome to Burger King, would you like to try our new Triple Whopper today?

Is Doug's real name mark? Or is marks real name dough? A real chicken and egg conundrum here 😂

I like the Pizza Hut prank... When I was younger I used to call in sick at McDonald's once a month. Of course I didn't actually work there

Clearly a Dev riddle, I don't even know what we're supposed to be guessing. The Hive key?

Well I have spent too much time on Hiveblocks, I googled all doug-stash's public keys lol. I learned there is a YouTube video about doughs stash. Also Dough Stash on Facebook has a pitbull. Day-um.
Oh I almost forgot, Douglas Blanchard sells some art on Fine Art America lol.

Cool. Thank you very much! We will do a post on how we did it featuring Doug and yourself if you dont mind.
My son is going into computer science, so it was a really good bonding fun way to spend Christmas! Excellent job on setting it up!

This makes me even happier. If you haven't already, consider posting (and your son) on https://STEMGeeks.net to earn STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) tokens as well.

Depending on his age, would recommend other things like Snap Circuits, Code Combat, ProxMox.

Thanks much for the recommendations. We will be sure to check each one out. We are always open to advice as I do not have a tech background, and he just started his freshmen year and is 20.

Thanks also for the invite to post in StemGeeks. We will be doing that as he grows as a coder and we learn more about mining crypto.

I would highly recommend him getting a Raspberry Pi if he is interested in tech. Cheap and so much potential.

I have a few tutorials if you look at /created/raspberrypi. You can also get MagPi magazine for free.

Thanks to you I (re?)discovered a tag. I will be looking into it and may use it.
After reading all the comments I'm confused. Is this a search game???
