SteemPower Investments - Weekly earnings report
Hello everyone, it's been quite the past few days? Today i will be mostly showing our earning from the past week from using @spinvest's STEEM POWER and post payouts in tribe tokens. I have tried to make it easy to understand and if anyone has any questions, a comment will answer your question. It's all going a little better than expected and i hope token sales continue as 1.10 steem per SPI token is still cheap with a long term view.
Steem powered investments @spinvest has been set up to offer an investment fund based on funding from STEEM POWER. Investments are funded through extracting value out of STEEM POWER and taking advantage of STEEM's high inflation rate. The aim is not to get rich quick; the aim is to build a safe portfolio of investments that will stand the test of time while insuring all investors starting capital is not at risk. SteemPower Investments Earning's Report
We make the bulk of our money from using the STEEM POWER in the @spinvest wallet to fill on and off market lease requests but this is steemit so we have alot more options to make more money in other ways. Below you can see a break down of each of our current incomes based on the past weeks payouts. Everything is priced in STEEM as the SPI token is priced in STEEM and that what we all understand. All @spinvest's available STEEM POWER is either leased are vote sold with the target of earning 20% per year. We currently have 500 SP on cool down for another 96 hours. Post payouts that are filling the SE wallet are a bonus so please dont be shy with the upvote and resteem button as cents make dollar's and it all grown the value of the token. I have started to post from steempeak that lets me use 10 tags so we also have pending payments of neoxian and creativecoin but they are not included below.
These are good numbers folks and im very certain this will make early investors huge profits long term. That's play with these numbers. The weekly total is worth 85.06 STEEM which is 4423.12 per year on holding 10,400 STEEM and posting daily. That's a whooping 42.53% which is double the target and we will also start getting Neoxian and CCC tokens as well. As more new SPI tokens are issued, percentages (11) will start to go heavier on the STEEM POWER earnings side but right now post payouts could could be a great earner in the early stages of SPI's evolution.

That is could maybe become a weekly post as it's always interesting to see stat's and get a deeper knowledge of how money can be made on the STEEM blockchain. The recent repricing to 1.10 STEEM per SPI token has stunted sales but do not be put off, it will be revalued again when there are 25,000 issued and i would expect the true value to be at least 1.20 STEEM each by then. I have visions of SPI's being worth 3-4 STEEM each 1 day and these early stages of under 1.50 STEEM SPI tokens will look like a bargain in a few years.
How to buy SPI tokens
Below are the new steemconnect hotlinks that allow investor's to buy directly from @spinvest. Each token is priced at 1.10 STEEM each and beside each link is the true STEEM cost to reduce confusion. You can also send any amount directly to @spinvest and i will issue you SPI tokens to 2 decimal places for the value of STEEM to send. All tokens bought directly will be sent to investors SE wallets within 24 hours but most likely much sooner.

how about getting listed on OCDB and using the liquid SP on hand to upvote the posts, that should give another 10%
Like using tipu are something to pay for upvoting bots for posts. Im not too sure what they offer. But 10% sounds good
@felander, that's a good idea: the ocdb offer is 10% greater than the bid value, at maximum 40 steem bid a day that would be another 4/28 steem a day/week (not sure how curation works out in that calculation)..
Not sure what is going to happen with @ocdb after HF21.
I hope they will be adapting to the situation, that service has helped me grow my account massively and I have a lot of those content producers on autovote because of the amazing curation return.

Really good to see this, thank you for setting it out so clearly. Could I just check about the 500SP on cool down - what does that mean?
I have a problem about using the creativecoin tag. If I saw this post in the creativecoin feed and I wasn't involved in SPI, I would be downvoting it. That tag is being used as a dumping ground for everything and the feed looks horrible. It's aimed at creative people - artists, writers, musicians - and makers, and at the moment, any artist or maker coming from outside is seeing a feed full of distracting posts that diminishes the feed's power, image and attractiveness. It's not as bad as Steemit's trending page, but it's not helpful either. I don't think we should be doing things which devalues, longterm, other parts of Steem (that's not in our interests as investors) just for making a few cents on posts at this stage. I think we have to model sound investment behaviour. If @spinvest writes a post from time to time that is specifically targetting that tribe, and is written to interest them, that would be really great and a good use of the tag.
When you unlease SP, there is a 5 day cool down period meaning i cant use that SP for 5 days.
I'll stop using the CCC tag, it's a worthless token always :)
