SteemPower Investments has hit its first target on the token distribution plan with having issued it's 10,000th token about 2 hours ago. This is really amazing for a project that is a month old today and i look forward to sailing through our next ICO stage target of 25,000 on the way to becoming one of the best store of value tokens offered on the SE exchange.
Steem powered investments @spinvest has been set up to offer an investment fund based on funding from STEEM POWER. 200 SPI giveaway
Let's get started with the 10,000th token issue giveaway. Instead of paying out dividends with all investors receiving an certain amount of SPI tokens based on their holding i thought we could make it a little more interesting. I have decided to split the 200 SPI prize into 2000 smaller prizes of 0.1 SPI each and run a raffle contest were 1-5 SPI tokens will win a prize. Investor's are given a block of numbers based on where they sit on the token owner list (seen below). I think that this mixes things up a little and adds a small element of chance and excitement.
The table below show the current SPI token holder list with exactly 10,000 tokens issued. You can see raffle numbers beside each investors username, this is their block of numbers. I will use a random number picking website to select 2000 random number between 1 and 10001. I will then write some formula for excel and then i will release a post showing winners and issuing out prizes to all the winners. This post will be uploaded in 2 days when prizes are verified with prizes being issued on the same day.

Now the important stuff
Token Revaluation
As part of the SPI token distribution plan i set in place, the price of SPI tokens are to be revalued and re priced as we pass through each milestone on the road to having 1 million tokens issued. I have now removed all old steemconnect hotlinks that offered SPI tokens for 1 STEEM each from all my past posts and canceled @spinvest's sell order on the SE exchange. New hotlinks have been adjusted to the new SPI token price and a new sell order on the SE exchange will be offered. By the time you are reading this, all changes will have taken place already.
With the recent surge of SPI tokens sales, the true value per each token has declined a little over the past few days so when revaluing i will be rounding up to the closest 0.1 STEEM. @spinvest has already over performed for the first month in terms of percentage gain and this trend will continue by creating curation trails, collecting other SE tokens and earning passive incomes. We can all see that the account has already earned 244 STEEM which works out to 2.4% for 1 month and keep us on target for 20% per year keeping in mind we have only just got to 10,000 STEEM POWER. I could see @spinvest making 3-5% per month if it was done correctly.
New SPI token price
With the next token re pricing set to happen when 25,000 tokens are issued and for the reasons above i think that it would be fair to set the price 1.10 STEEM. This might seem expensive but i would expect to have a true value of 1.10 STEEM within 4-8 weeks while issuing an additional 15,000 tokens might take 3-4 months. This also opens up the chance for investors to sell tokens on the SE exchange at a price lower than 1.12 STEEM but over the 1 STEEM they paid and take a small profit which adds SE market volume and helps to drive SPI up the ranks on the exchange for more eyes to see. You'd be mad to sell but the option to cash out at a gain is there for everyone and after only 1 month.
Earnings and Holdings
Adding all of these current income's up can give a rough estimate on the amount of STEEM that @spinvest will earn. I have worked it out for 4 weeks as cycles and payments for leasings are done in weeks and not months. After adding everything up, i estimate that SteemPower Investments will earn 274.65 STEEM within the next 4 weeks if no more new tokens are issued. That works out to be a 2.68% gain so this time in 4 weeks, i will revisit this post and compare today's estimate against how much we really earned in 4 weeks.
SPI token distribution
That is the first target complete and we are now on our way to 25,000 tokens issued when another re pricing and dividend is paid out to investors as a reward during this ICO stage of SteemPower Investment on our way to 1 million tokens issued.
How to buy SPI tokens
Below are the new steemconnect hotlinks that allow investor's to buy directly from @spinvest. Each token is priced at 1.10 STEEM each and beside each link is the true STEEM cost to reduce confusion. You can also send any amount directly to @spinvest and i will issue you SPI tokens to 2 decimal places for the value of STEEM to send. All tokens bought directly will be sent to investors SE wallets within 24 hours but most likely much sooner.

It way more than i would have thought to be honest. I would guessed 6000 SP max based on me owning 4000 tokens. Im very please so far and will continue to do mybest to rise the price of our tokens :)

A successful first month I would say. It is good to see the numbers going in the direction expected.
Over time, as the return keeps increasing, I would think it gets easier to find people to get involved.
Looking at it from a strictly financial point, 2.2% in a month is a fantastic return (price in STEEM). When you consider CDs in the US are paying only about 2% for the year, we can see how this is a major payback.
I also will note that the 2.2% is actually low since the month did not start out with 10K SP. Thus, it is actually a higher return overall.
The overall return i hope will be higher. We started with around 3000SP and added maybe 2000 this week so we are already doing very well. I think it possible to have 3-5% months if done right. It'll take some fine tuning but i think it possible.

Excellent, congratulations! So nice to hit the target in four weeks and the SPI draw is a great idea - good to have fun and returns! Interesting that the token price is able to be increased, even in this short time, and without the full volume. There was no promise of dividends at 10,000 coins, it was always a 200 SPI giveaway. The idea that the giveaway was a lottery was discussed some posts back. What is the drastic change of rules?
You can see in the token distribution plan that the pink boxes indicate the reward to hitting each milestone. I wrote a post about token distribution and have used that image a few times since. There has been no change my friend.
I would hardy say im running a lottery, it's not a winner takes all and 1 in 5 tokens should win a prize. How you suggest to giveaway 200 SPI without it being a dividend?

I have been using the Celsius network for my crypto. its founded by the guy that invented VOIP.
They work just like banks (but fair) by lending out the crypto and giving most of the interest earned back to the user.
I am making roughly 6% per year on crypto that would have been idle otherwise

Thanks very much for you sharing, i have not used it but i do check in on the site every few months debating in my head wheather to transfer over some BTC from my desktop wallet but never pulled the trigger.
I have been using it for 2 months now and it pays like clockwork. the only issue I have is that its only an app, no desktop version.
But the app is really smooth and has a good user interface. I have about 30% of my crypto in there and its doing all right for me. In the end you have to trust someone if you want the money to work for you.
Its the same with spinvest. We have to trust you to do right by us. In theory there is nothing stopping you from taking the 10k steem and selling them
