Calling Home (poetry + art)
Unfamiliar face, dreamed of her last night;
Pure connection, so full of love and light.
Playing together with endless laughter,
never thinking of what would come after.
Endless adventures, flowing all as one;
Sharing everything, never feeling done.
Woke up in a daze reaching for her hand,
unsure where she went, but I understand.
Aligning ourselves with that frequency,
calls each other home, where we want to be.

Partly AI, partly painted... I'm not the best at painting, especially with a mouse, but I'm getting better. Basically I used AI to generate a base image that sort of fit what I was trying to make and then painted layers on it and used image manipulation to finish it.
It still takes an artistic eye and creativity, I can tell you that because I struggle with anything digital art related lol, like I can draw okay on a piece of paper, but on a computer I'm stick figure level.
Yea I can doodle alright as well, but I think I'd need to buy one of those drawing pads to really get anywhere with art on a computer. I mainly focus on image manipulation and visual edits, but every now and then I get inspired to dump a few hours into playing with the paints.
