Growth, expansion, & division in the Steem ecosystem

It's only a matter of weeks before the actual implementation of HF21 will take place and on top of that the Tribe feature is already forming its shape and gaining more traction. These changes and improvements are probably the biggest I've seen in the Steem ecosystem and it's getting faster & furious.

It made me wonder, how do you guys are coping up with this fast pace of development?

There was a time when I feel like the steem ecosystem is getting crowded and too cluttered. During that time, I can't even keep up with my own feed. That was about 18 months ago.

The only frontend available was Steemit & Busy which are completely identical in terms of what kind of posts are being shown in any of the feed.

Right now, there are a lot of ways to experience the steem blockchain.

My current favorite frontend is the Palnet since it has less clutter and I'm trying to learn more about it in terms of development and the direction that PAL is heading.

If I wanted to search about techstuff, I would simply go to Steemhunt website to browse through the latest gadgets & apps. In addition, I can also learn about what others know about it and their reviews.

If I wanted to learn more about the potential travel spots for me, I can simply head over to the Trips.teem website to view where do Steemians hang out.

If I'm having trouble not knowing what to eat then I could simply browse through the Tasteem website and check what could be available here in Singapore. I'm lucky enough that this country has so much international cuisines that I can choose from.

If you noticed, most that are mentioned are dApps based on the Steem blockchain that I'm enjoying to use/view. In the next days to come, I will be looking into the potential outcome or end products that will be developed.

If you are an avid user of Steempeak, you should have noticed by now that they already added an option for you to view the available Tribes & the upcoming ones. As of this moment, there are 15 Tribes listed in it for you to check on. Aside from PALnet & Splintertalk, the Tripple AAA tribe, Actnearn tribe, & Sports Talk Social tribe looks promising. While there are also interesting tribes like Leo, Dolphin, & Battle token that with their names alone sounds like a tribe with a very specific requirement for members.

Well, I really hope that these upcoming tribes will take place and create their own ecosystem under the roof of the Steem blockchain. I think these are a better place for anyone to hang-out and engage with members that has the same interest as the other members.
