Here at a house entrance where moving now becomes a different level of difficulty.
You don't even have to start with prams or wheelchairs.
It's a wonder that this isn't illegal, but they're probably using a legal loophole.
I've heard that it brings in about 300 euros per month if you put up a piece of crap like that.

Its very ridiculous to view that the ATM machine is installed at your door step with a rental value of 300 euros, okay money is a fact but people's are chaos at in front of your doot won't spare your privacy!

This is an apartment building with probably one owner who wants to make some extra cash.
Difficulty? This probably actually sounds even convenient for the people, who live in the house. They do not have to walk much to get their money. They literally step out of their door, and they have an ATM at hand. Haha. 😂
