MarketFriday - Food Vendors in Bangkok !!
Hi everyone here we are back for another #marketfriday initiated by the lovely @dswigle and it's Friday again and another weekend is upon us and i just love the weekends the moods in the big city of Bangkok changes dramatically people are more relaxed out shopping and enjoying all the awesome food fairs that happen around the city.
Fried bits of chicken.
Prawns as many as you like just waiting for you.
Crabs just yummy.
You might have heard the expression about Bangkok city they say Bangkok city is one big kitchen well that is so true and you see that more on the weekends , every corner you turn those spicy aromas hit you right in your face.
BBQ Pork or Chicken on the stick.
BBQ Squid on the stick.
Pork crackling and tender pork with veggies.
Thailand is also know for the best "Stick Foods" just amazing what foods you will find on a stick over here i will be honest with you their isn't one stick on the food that i haven't liked and i have tried many and here are just some.
Dumpling of all sorts on the stick.
BBQ fish , chicken or pork balls on the stick.
Sausages of many varieties.
This particular food fair actually runs every day and it is one of my favorites it is right opposite Siam Paragon Shopping Mall as you get of the Skytrain it is starring you in the face as your coming down the stairs very convenient and has the best varieties of Thai foods.
More yummy pork crackling.
Fried baby crabs so yummy and crunchy with a bit of chili sauce or sweet chili sauce.
Mixed seafood salad.
You can either take away or sit around the vendors stalls or the area provide at your own comfort and leisure.
BBQ chicken and chicken bits , pork crackling and pork bits are always the most popular at any of these food fairs they just fit in with any veggie meal or on there own.
Veggies and BBQ chicken always goes down well for me.
And some Thai sweets to go with that as a desert.
Thai sausages plain or wrapped with bacon or mushrooms are also a specialty amongst the Thai's over here but it's also something that i love also with a bit of English mustard.
And then of course a nice refreshing natural fruit juice to cool down all that spicy food and there is no shortage of natural pure juices no additives added at these food fairs.
Pomegranate pure juice is got to be my favorite.
Fruit smoothies , ice tea , ice coffee are very cheap and popular any mix you may desire is available.
Then when it comes to fresh fruits either eaten fresh or sweetened more with syrups or sprinkled sugar over them well it's all there strawberries , grapes , mangoes and the list goes on..lol :)
And another awesome day at Siam Food Fair and a full stomach to go home with and taking home my 1 kg of fresh Strawberries with me to mix with my chocolate chip ice-cream....hehe :)
Located opposite Siam Paragon Shopping Mall.
Address: 991/1 สยามพารากอน Rama I Rd, Pathum Wan, Pathum Wan District, Bangkok 10330
Hours: Open 10am - Closes 12pm every day.

you should have written at the very beginning of the post: "who is hungry, it is impossible to read!" :)))
Lol...Next time i will put a warning sign up...hehe :)
:)))))))
Even I, being a very selective eater, could find something to eat. Looks good enough to even be tempted to try a new taste.
Minus the bar-b-qued fish and squid and the baby crabs got to go. Gross!. Lol
The fruit is scrumptous looking. Too pretty to eat....almost. the drinks even look refreshing. Fresh is good!
I loved exploring the street son my visits there and trying the street food, it was always so good, I myself never tried the sweets, or the drinks like that I was a Soda or Beer man back then
So much fun walking the streets here you always have the opportunities of trying different foods as your walking around and i do think you miss that some how :)
Yes even though I am pretty much a very plain eater I do miss that from my times in Asia
Some thing you never get sick of and very handy to have them around :)
I need to know how you stay so slim, Angelo!? Going through your post is like going to a food festival.
Every
Single
Day
I scrolled through and scrolled through and finally brought this up on my big screen and scrolled through for my family as they could hear me commenting to myself. Oh, to be fair, the seafood salad was my favorite and Hello!! That was amazing looking.
Every single place that you went to, it was set up like you were the very first customer, everything was so beautifully laid out. Oh, anything on a stick is for me! Just hand me one of those, I am totally starving! Veggies and Chicken. Yes, Please! You eat well. Who doesn't love the way they make those pomegranates all sliced up and sectioned perfectly, their juicy goodness just waiting to be plucked and eaten.
Perfection! They display and serve with such grace and make it so appetizing, who wouldn't want to eat there? Again, you show off the most amazing places to eat and the Thai people know the importance of looking/tasting good.
I apologize for the late reply but did resteem last Friday for more traction. Thank you for your support and steemit love!
#MarketFriday loves you!
