Baking Brownies With Classmates

Hello my hive family! Greetings from Cebu to yours!

I lost my strength but I tried to get it back. I am only human being sometimes, I felt disappointed but regained it once more. I just want to close my eyes not to see what made me discouraged. It's better to see the people behind and made those people an inspiration those who have good health.

Last week, before the short holiday vacation, our teacher taught us to bake Brownies. All of my classmates enjoyed baking but so bad that I never take pictures one by one. I was still shy with them since I am new here.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 pieces eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
Dark chocolate
Parchment paper

I was just watching our leader how she made it first the eggs and vanilla to avoid unnecessary smell of the eggs add the melted butter and mixed everything at once and pour it in the tray with parchment paper. This is my first time baking sweet and in the province we have no way to bake because we have no oven.

If we want to eat sweets or bread, we just buy in the bakery. Anyway, my mother was working in the bakeshop after she came home for good from abroad. She always gave us bread during her day off. She met our stepfather while working in the bakery.

I just remember if my mother continue her working abroad most especially that we need financial support much more this time. It supposed to be today is the best time she work for us but it changed everything when she got married younger than her and they have son, our brother. My brother needs her now that he is still a baby. Before, when we were a baby, my grandfather, the father of my father took care of us when she worked abroad.

I can't blame my mother as she needs someone to have partner, someone who loves her. What I just realized that children are the most victim when parent are being separated at have their own family.It made me feel sad but I just pray God will help me and my sister to overcome obstacle in life and my Uncle continue to love and support us.
