DISMANTLING OF OLD MANTLE (ENG-ESP)
Hello... friends of this beautiful community I hope you have a nice weekend, full of much peace of mind that we need a lot, for me my week has not been easy between having bad car, I still do not get paid at work, but well we are still in the fight, this time in one of my jobs even though I still do not pay me two weeks of work I still meet according to today I would respond by payments, so I still continue to monitor and watching the work being done.
In this opportunity the waterproofing of one of the roofs of the shopping center was approved, which was very affected as we can see in the photos, when a large part of it was lifted the paint is still placed below and in another one you can see that the prime is still on the slab, but well some area was badly glued and that's why everything is damaged, to my surprise when they began to remove the mantle there were places that if they were well glued, but others that simply by pulling and came easily without much effort, after this I know neighborhood and accumulated all in one place I hope that the staff that is doing this make the installation of the new as it should ....
Soon I will be telling you how it went, and how it went with the staff because they don't want me to give my opinion, since I am a woman and they don't like a woman to boss them around, I put up with it at work because I have to, otherwise I would have resigned because I didn't study so they would treat me like an ornament.
Hola... amigos de esta hermosa comunidad espero que tengan un bonito fin de semana, lleno de mucha paz mental que necesitamos bastante, para mí mi semana no a estado fácil entre tener malo el carro, aún no me pagan en el trabajo, pero bueno aún seguimos en la lucha, en esta oportunidad en uno de mis trabajos a pesar de que aún no me pagan me deben dos semanas de trabajo sigo cumpliendo según el día de hoy me responderían por los pagos, por lo cual igual sigo supervisando y viendo los trabajos que se están realizando.
En esta oportunidad se aprobó la impermeabilización de uno de los techos del centro comercial el cual estaba muy afectado como podemos observar en las fotos al levantarse gran parte queda aún la pintura colocada abajo y en otra se puede notar que él prime queda en la losa, pero bueno alguna área quedo mal pegada y por eso todo se daña, para mi sorpresa cuando comenzaban a quitar el manto había lugares que si estaban bien pegados, pero otros que simplemente con jalar ya se venía fácilmente sin mucho esfuerzo, después de esto sé barrio y se acumuló todo en un solo lugar espero que el personal que esté realizando esto haga la instalación del nuevo como es debido…
Pronto les estará contando como nos fue, y como.me fue con el personal debido a que ellos no quieren que opine, ya que soy mujer y no le gusta que una mujer los mande, me aguanto en el trabajo porque tengo la necesidad si no ya hubiera renunciado porque no estudie para qué me tratarán como un adorno.

Así es, no entiendo porque aun existen hombres así.. bueno no creo llegar a solucionar algo pero si me apartare de este tipo de personas que no aportan nada bueno a mi vida.
