Squirrel Monday - Squirrel Sketchy Supplements

The squirrels are a day late and now its #squirrelmonday instead of #squirrelsunday

A famous squirrel with lots of influencer clout is promoting a strange new treatment.

P1012542 copy.jpg
Instead of eating walnuts and acorns she recommends eating branches and bark.

P1012544 copy.jpg
She swears it makes your tail grow more hair and look luxurious in the squirrel clubs around town.

P1012535 copy.jpg
Now the trend is hitting the squirrel world by force. They are all eating branches and losing weight and growing out their tail hair.

P1012536 copy.jpg
Even the grannies are getting into this trend for youthful exhuberance.

P1012538 copy.jpg
Squirrel scientists are skeptical and warn about long term side effects.

P1012534 copy.jpg
Still besides all the warnings the squirrels won't give up the trend. Now they are starting to look skinny and are losing tail hair.

P1012533 copy.jpg
Still the squirrel influencer swears by it.

P1012531 copy.jpg
After years of research a form of meth was found in the branches and many squirrels got addicted. The original influencer moved to China where she is promoting sunbathing in the human highways for longer lifespan.

That's all for now, thanks for looking :-)

That trend hasn't hit my area yet. They are still dull and grey with scantily hairy tails. That grey one gnawing away like mad knows this. Great shots. They always look so adorable in your photos. Don't get me wrong, I love all rodents (um...) but squirrels are specifically my mortal enemies.

Ha they can be quite destructive especially for food stores. These guys are nice and plump from rummaging through park trash cans and suburbian bird feeders.

They are destructive in gardens too. Especially in spring when there's nothing to eat

They're definitely unpredictable. Even the hawks don't want all the chemical byproducts in them.
