Challenge Myself: Move to Earn with Actifit

Greetings, everyone!
I have set clear objectives for 2024, but I will track this in a dedicated topic. A good learning from experience is when you have yearly objectives for yourself, it is good that each month you set a focus on a specific one from your list, and push it forward.
For July, I decided to focus on improving my Actifit rank and my fitness condition with it. The tools that I will use are my Fitbit tracker and three Strava challenges that I joined:
