We have had a lot of rain, so much even the ducks don't want to be on the ground. It doesn't seem to bother the smaller birds, but I suppose they do not spend much time on the ground.

The Wallabies don't seem to mind either they seem out and about no matter what.

Fitness wise, it was the morning run, house, and yard chores with the afternoon stroll and a few body weight exercises to finish off a busy day.
