My Actifities and daily stuff on November 15 2021
Hello friends of fresh air and tired feet.
When I went to the hairdresser for the first time in a long time in Germany 18 months ago and left the store after a bad job and 35 euros less in my pocket, I opted for the DIY haircut "polished plate".
Now it's time to switch to the variant" sparingly seeded short lawn" to give the scalp an illusion of protection from the sun in the tropics.
So it takes another master of hair art and I set out. Found I in the neighboring village a master of the guild, which however and fortunately had closed.
Fortunately? Well, her name is Rosalinde and who lets himself cut the hair of a woman with this name? Not me, in any case. With this name, the first thing that comes to mind is the classic pot cut and that does not fit my vanity.
Also, I was horrified to see the new edging of the village stream there and immediately associated it with a haircut, square, practical, fits.
Anyway, it was a nice way to get there and back. And that's the main thing, isn't it?
PS. With some terms I never know which translation is the appropriate one. What do you call this little river in English?
Also otherwise I would always be happy about (well-intentioned) linguistic corrections.
I have not created a video, everything in gray and foggy I do not want to expect you and me. Instead, there is some kitsch of the past week.
Ein Video habe ich nicht erstellt, alles in grau und neblig will ich Euch und mir nicht zumuten. Dafür gibt es etwas Kitsch der vergangenen Woche.
Have a nice day

And yet these are only intercrops in agriculture, phacelia and mallow.

Hey @dirkzett I looked at the pictures you left yesterday in my report and what I can see is that the sensor in your phone doesn't seem to be working well. I would only trust the activity count of your Fitbit.
Furthermore, we are now reviewing the difference between the (Fitbit) activity count in your report and the activity count of the leaderboard on your phone. This is indeed inconsistent so we need to find a workable solution to fix this. I'll keep you updated on the development of this issue.
Thanks for the support @pjansen.
I don't think it is because of the sensors.
Fitbit, Garmin, Suunto, Googlefit and Relive did not provide different numbers in different combinations (more or less)
Cellphone Redmi Note9 pro
I think it's a handoff problem in the app.
Actifit takes approximately the Fitbit number from the previous day, but I retrieve it on today's date to post the report.
If I open the Actifitapp afterward, I already have the additional points.
Check the time of the screenshot, please.
Thanks @dirkzett. I have 2 questions:
I hope it helps @pjansen
Thanks for your feedback @dirkzett! Would be good if you could restart your phone and post again to check whether you notice anything different. We will further investigate on our side based on your comments.
P.S. I'm Dutch and I can read German without any problem but my German writing is very poor so I prefer to write in English. Feel free to continue writing in German. 😀

Hey @dirkzett, you have just received 10 AFIT from @pjansen.
Stay healthy and keep safe! 😀
Tomorrow I'll restart the mobile after I drop off the post.
I hope it helps @pjansen
@pjansen Could it be that the apps don't understand each other because I still have Thailand as a base in the Activit app and Germany in Fitbit?
Different time zones, different end of the day?
@dirkzett I had a chat with the developers where they mentioned that they request the result of a specific date (without any timezone info) so when your Fitbit is set up on German time, it could very well be that until midnight has passed in Germany, Fitbit returns the information from the "previous" day until 6:00 Thailand time.
It would be an interesting test, to fetch Fitbit results @ 5:59 (previous day results) and @ 6:01 (0 activity count).
If this would be correct, Actifit wouldn't be able to correct this result because Fitbit only provides date-specific results (without any timezone considerations).
Could you test this?
"Could you test this?"
@pjansen, 6am is not a time, it's assault!😲😲
And I can't quite understand it either. Thailand is 6 hours ahead of Germany, 6am here is noon there....
How do you change the settings in Actifit? I have not found anything about it?🤔
From next week I'm in the Caribbean, then I have to change everything anyway. Can we move it to then? Then 6 o'clock in the morning is also only midnight... and a time that is not a bodily injury.🙏🙏
Sorry for the delayed response @dirkzett.
I understand 6am is crazy early, but if you are a party-animal it could be the end of the evening as well... 😉. But seriously, you're right that is really early.
In response to your comments:
When it is 6am in Thailand it is midnight in Germany not noon.
The Actifit app takes the local time on your phone and when it reaches midnight, the app resets the step counter.
On the other hand, when we request the activity count on Fitbit, it provides the activity count based on the initial timezone setup of your account.
This means when you initially subscribed your account in Germany, it will always provide the activity count from 00:00 CET to 23:59 CET.
This means when you're in Thailand and change your phone to Thailand timezone (for example on 25 November), Fitbit will record your steps in the following way:
25/Nov - 00:00 to 06:00 (Thailand timezone) on 24/Nov - 18:00 to 24:00 (German timezone)
25/Nov - 06:00 to 24:00 (Thailand timezone) on 25/Nov - 00:00 to 18:00 (German timezone)
Unfortunately, we can't extract the timezone of your Fitbit from their website so this makes it impossible to realign this. The only way to resolve this is to keep your phone on the same timezone setting as when you set up your Fitbit account (and yes I agree this is a stupid solution).
I would be keen to validate our assumption above so could you let me know your current timezone so we can perform a test to confirm this?
I had a lot to do anyway. I am now in the Dominican Republic. I have switched all times, both routers, laptops and cell phones. All apps as well.
Now I will see the next few days if it has an impact.
And you are right, Thailand is 6 hours ahead of Germany, I am now 5 hours behind.
