A delicious guava juice (ENG-ESP)
Hello, dear friends of this beautiful community I hope everyone is well and are not going through the work we are going through on the island with the issue of light, on Sunday I went to the coroteta near the house in search of guava to make juices for school children, as I really like to take natural juice and not artificial, so we managed to get a kilo of guava for 70 Bs after buying it I went home to make this rich preparation:
We start by washing and peeling the kilo of guava we bought, then we chop and put them in a pot that covers it with water, we put it to boil, why put it to boil because as it is a juice to freeze and take to school when it thaws is concentrated and not watery as when it is done directly to the blender without parboiling.
That's why I boiled the guava for about 30 minutes and then let it rest and then blend, strain and blend again, but this time adding the sugar when it is ready we put it in the children's school glasses, this gave me 3 days and in addition to all of them we drink guava juice this day with ice of course because this rich juice is good, I hope that you also make this juice at home and so your children nourish you more and take less juice with artificial flavor which when consumed more than the account is harmful to our body.

Hola, queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad espero que todos se encuentren bien y no estén pasando el trabajo que estamos pasando en la isla con el tema de la luz, el domingo fui a la coroteta cerca de la casa en busca de guayaba para realizar los jugos de los niños del colegio, ya que me gusta mucho que lleven jugo natural y no artificial, por lo que logramos conseguir un kilo de guayaba por 70 Bs luego de comprarla fui a casa a realizar esta rica preparación:
Comenzamos lavando y pelando el kilo de guayaba que compramos, seguidamente picamos y las ponemos en una olla que la cubra con agua, ponemos a hervir, porque ponerla a hervir porque como es un jugo para congelar y llevar al colegio cuando se descongela queda concentrado y no aguado como cuando se realiza directo a la licuadora sin sancochar.
Por eso sancochados la guayaba como 30 minutos para seguidamente dejar reposar para luego licuar, colar y volver a licuar, pero esta vez colocándole el azúcar al tenerlo listo lo colocamos en los vasos del colegio de los niños esto me dio para 3 días y adicional al todos en asa tomamos jugo de guayaba este día con hielo claro esta porque este rico jugo es bueno, pero cuando está bien frío, espero que ustedes también hagan este jugo en su hogar y así sus hijos te nutren más y toman menos jugo con sabor artificial qué cuando se consume más de la cuenta es perjudicial para nuestro cuerpo.
