Here I am attending the invitation extended to me by @jossduarte and @zullyscott for this great initiative of @rutablockchain that consists of giving the tips that one considers most important to get started on this platform.

Creo que lo más interesante de esta propuesta es que cada quien tiene una visión distinta, basado en sus propias experiencias, por lo cual cada post tendrá planteamientos diferentes. Con toda seguridad habrá elementos en común, pero lo más interesante estoy seguro que será la diversidad de propuestas.

I think the most interesting thing about this proposal is that everyone has a different vision, based on their own experiences, so each post will have different approaches. There will certainly be elements in common, but the most interesting thing I am sure will be the diversity of proposals.

Por esa razón, antes de enumerar mis consejos, va otro de ellos por delante: ¡Lee todas las publicaciones que se están haciendo en el marco de esta iniciativa! Esa será sin duda, una gran escuela.

Documentarse

Sin ser extremadamente compleja, Hive no es fácil de entender, por lo tanto, antes de empezar a publicar contenido, yo recomiendo buscar documentación primero que explique cómo son las cosas. Hay muchas publicaciones, incluidas muchas mías. Without being extremely complex, Hive is not easy to understand, so before you start posting content, I recommend looking for documentation first that explains how things are. There are many posts out there, including many of my own. However, I always recommend one that I think is the most complete of them all, it is the one written by @ryzeonline and you can find it in English at Hive: A Complete Beginner's Guide (With Fun Doodles) Pt. 1

¿En qué eres bueno

Hive pretende ser un vitrina de contenido de calidad. Por esa misma razón, el contenido que tú vayas a aportar debe apuntar a eso, a ser lo mejor possible. Aunque todos tenemos un potential enorme y somos capaces de destacarnos en distintas áreas, es important ver en cuáles podemos hacer aportes de verdadero valor. ¡Sé honest contigo y si hay cosas en las que percibes que no puedes ofrecer un buen nivel, prepárate primero, antes de compartir contenido que no esté a la altura! Pero siempre encontrarás "algo" en lo que seas único y puedas aportar valor a Hive, solo tienes que averiguar en qué.

What are you good at?

Hive aims to be a showcase for quality content. For that reason, the content you contribute should aim to be the best you can be. Although we all have enormous potential and are capable of excelling in different areas, it's important to see where we can make a contribution of real value. Be honest with yourself and if there are things you feel you can't offer a good level in, be prepared first, before sharing content that isn't up to par! But you will always find "something" that you are unique in and can bring value to Hive, you just have to figure out what.

Interacción

Este es uno de los aspectos en el que pude ver consenso en varios posts que visité. Es que debemos entender que Hive es, ante todo, una red social y las redes son para interactuar. Una vez que tú publicas un contenido quieres saber quién lo vio, quién leyó tus escritos, quien te dio su voto. Eso es exactamente lo mismo que espera cada usuario y es la única manera de ir dándote a conocer y de establecer los nexos en esta o cualquier otra plataforma.

Interaction

This is one of the aspects on which I could see consensus in several posts I visited. We must understand that Hive is, above all, a social network and networks are for interaction. Once you publish a content you want to know who saw it, who read your writings, who gave you their vote. That is exactly what every user expects and it is the only way to make yourself known and to establish links in this or any other platform.

Seriedad

Por último, pero no menos importante, yo recomiendo tomarse en serio nuestra actividad en Hive. Hay muchas redes sociales donde tú puedes plantearte tu presencia como mera diversión. Aunque Hive también debe ser divertido, es bueno tomar en consideración que acá se "premia" la creación de contenido y que puedes recibir un "pago" por ello, sea alto o bajo, pero pago al fin. Creo que esto diferencia a Hive de cualquier otra red y considero que ese mismo aspecto es motivo para que, a la hora de publicar tu post,te plantees hacerlo en serio, con calidad y esmero, verificando las informaciones, haciendo el mejor diseño possible a tu post, etc., poniendo el máximo de esfuerzo a cada trabajo que presenters.

Seriousness

Last but not least, I recommend taking our activity on Hive seriously. There are many social networks where you can consider your presence as mere fun. Although Hive should also be fun, it is good to take into consideration that here the creation of content is "rewarded" and that you can receive a "payment" for it, be it high or low, but payment nonetheless. I believe that this differentiates Hive from any other network and I consider that this aspect is a reason to do it seriously, with quality and care, verifying the information, making the best possible design to your post, etc., putting the maximum effort to each work that you present.
