Looking for the Fireflies at the University.

In my last post, I finished the chapter of "Tommy's Dam" where Joel first decided to send Ellie towards the Fireflies with Tommy but the girl made a fuss about it so Joel later decided to go himself. We set foot on a new chapter where Joel rode a horse taking Ellie on the horseback to the University of Eastern Colorado.

After showing part of the entrance of the University which is in Beautiful Autumn, I was given the control of Joel and I had to ride through the University to look for the Fireflies.

I noticed an open shutter to a big space under a building so leaving both the horse and Ellie behind, I ran inside and the first thing I found there was this Flamethrower that looked custom made.

Whoa, I became a dragon who breath out flame. Do you see the radius of the flame? I hope I can burn some clickers with the fire otherwise it won't be of any use.

I don't know why this time I was scared looking around. I was scared of face clickers or other monsters there like in real time. Still I kept moving forward but I didn't find anything, just there was an outpost on that balcony.

After riding the horse around for sometimes, we noticed that building a far that look like a giant mirror and I guess we'd need to head over there now as Tommy suggested to look for something that looks like a giant mirror.

I noticed another open door where I was going in leaving the horse and Ellie behind but Ellie was walking the horse after me and they went inside as well. After opening a gate, the horse started whining as he understood the presence of runners on the other side.

Leaving them there, Joel decided to go along as he doesn't want to lose the horse now. The runners were on the upper floor and I could hear them screaming. The other door that we needed to pass was rigged to a generator upstairs which was filled with the runners so I had to go there no matter what happens.

I climbed upstairs and I noticed there were some runners, I guessed there were two or three of them. I shot down one using an arrow who was walking around and when I was looking for more, I found five more in the same room.

I decided to try the flamethrower on them so I went in front of them and when they were running towards me, I started burning them up which I thought would work perfectly but I was wrong. I lost gas soon and most of them were alive and they almost took me down there.

After taking down the rest with melee weapon, I opened the door activating the generator and we kept moving forward and we met A. Rodriguez there and Ellie saw wild monkeys for the first time.
