A way out after illness
The second thing is to thank those who sent me messages of support and dedicated part of their time to worrying about me, I want them to know that I feel very alive.
That said, here I tell you what I did this Sunday, after they sent me home from the clinic.
My husband told me that the best place to go out was the mountains, the countryside, to be in direct contact with nature.
Once again, we had to go to our Mexican family to suggest a place to spend Sunday afternoon, but, as expected, they offered us the farm and that's where we headed.
It was an informal, unplanned activity and there were only six of us.
In my state, it was the best thing that could happen to me, far from the big capital cities, the pollution and the constant noise of equipment, people and everything else.
The food was prepared for all tastes, but the food they served me met the requirements of my diet, although I did not always respect what the doctor indicated.
It is true that direct contact with nature comforts and heals. For this reason, we went on a hike through the mountains and we prepared everything outdoors and in my case I ate many natural products that provided me with healthy vitamins and minerals.
This has been one of the most comforting outings in recent memory and I thank my husband and friends for taking their Sunday to dedicate to me.
Note: I have used Google Translate.
The photos are my property taken with my Samsung Galaxy phone.
Thank you. Blessings.
Thank you for sharing your walk with us. Going out into nature is certainly comforting and gives peace to the soul. I'm glad you enjoyed a different and beautiful day.
