The Busy Bees

Hello everyone!

Welcome to Week 34 of the Busy Bees Progress Report! We are an Activity group that focus on Reciprocal growth!

This week we add 2 more Bees to the group! Awesome! Another step closer!

My goal is to have 100 Busy Bees in this group!

We are now 90 members strong! We shall keep pushing activity till we get our full compliment! And then start replacing Sleeping Bees with Active Bees!

Ecency Points to distribute

Some community members have been sending me Ecency Points to distribute. They are as follows:
@papilloncharity sent me 10,000 Ecency points.
@melinda010100 sent me 40,000 Ecency points.
@alonicus set me 25,000 Ecency points.
@chaosmagic23 sent me 10,000 Ecency points!
Total: 85,000 Ecency points.

This will go toward Redfish and Minnows who have been active!
Going to send 200 Ecency Points to Active Redfish and 100 Ecency Points to Active Minnows, activity means you posted something this week.

Last week I needed to distribute 3,500 Ecency points to our members, and had 6,700 Ecency Points left.

This week I will distribute XXX Ecency Points which means I have XXX Ecency Points left!

The Basic Rules of Activity

  • Activity means posting and commenting within a 30-day time.

  • Posting weekly is recommended.

  • Supporting one another with votes and engagement is encouraged. There is zero enforcement, we just recommend it. If you want people on Hive who will speak and interact with you - just look at the people in this list!

There are a few accounts (like the top Minnows) that have gone inactive that I do NOT take down due to inactivity. This is mainly to give the active Minnows and Redfish something to aim at. It would also be really cool to see you guys catch up to these larger accounts due to your activity vs the inactivity of these accounts.

NOTE that these rules are going to change to suit the 100 ACTIVE accounts vision. Once we are 100 Active members those inactive placeholders will fall away. Then we will really become a powerhouse.

Look, some members shall need to go to the Sleeping Bee Category... Once I have 100 members list there is also possibly space and motivation to include a 100 Blogger Bees group and additional subgroups: Sleeping Bees are the recorded members who have gone AWOL but not forgotten. I would also like to suggest the creation of Support Bees as a group. People who only post once every 1-3 months and do not post weekly.

I have been recording data such as week's of inactivity on my spreadsheets and noticed that some people come on, and go away for 4 weeks. Not something that I want for the 100 Blogger Bees, but let's keep those friends involved and make them the cornerstone of the Content Consumers drive.

I have plenty ideas!

People come and go continuously, some test the water find it's not quite what they enjoy, others mull it over for months before settling to continue. Noticed this pattern on many platforms.

Yes it is a fantastic achievement and if you consider that yesterday I was given the badge for the two years all in all it didn't take me long.

Even the two years are a great achievement and tomorrow I will write a nice post about it, today's one is ready now.

If I think that I would have gotten the 7 year badge with my original Steemit account, but after opening it here on Hive I lost all the keys and I don't know how to get them back... anyway I also saw that as a new beginning, two years have already passed and they were good years!

That is fantastic man! Yeah, the new blockchain is far better and I must say my progression as been way better and with a lot more to do than back then.

That is probably why I had taken a break from it all from back then.
