My New Hive Milestones - April 27, 2022

I have a few milestones on the Hive Blockchain that I'd like to share with y'all. First of all, I've been focused on growing my Hive Power quickly, and I just surpassed 255 Hive Power! Woot! It's going up quickly!

Also, yesterday I passed 60 reputation, and I delegated my first Hive Power - 10 HP to @utopis!

I'm most excited about 10 HP delegation to the Utopis Project. I've been following @chronocrypto and what he's doing with @utopis for months now, and I've been waiting until I had enough Hive Power to make delegating worthwhile. I know, 10 HP is a very small amount, and my returns will likely also be quite small, at least in the beginning. However, the Utopis token, which is received for delegation, has the best derivatives of any Hive-Engine token. Simply by holding Utopis, payments come in not only Hive, but also #APE, #ARCHON, #BEE, #CINE, #SIM, #SPS, and #STEM tokens. That's pretty sweet. @chronocrypto takes income made outside of Hive, and invests it into Hive, through @utopis, so the returns seem to be excellent. I'll let y'all know how it goes. And yes, I'll up the amount of HP delegated as soon as possible. I intend to delegate to a few more accounts (very likely @leo.voter soon), as I further grow my Hive Power.

NOTE:
I keep trying to post using the Leofinance Android app, but so far I have never been able to successfully make a post. It gets to the screen where it says "Posting to the blockchain", with the percentage, and it always gets to 100%, but just sits there forever, and never actually posts. I use HiveSigner to sign in. I tried logging out, uninstalling and reinstalling, and clearing the app data and cache. Nothing seems to fix the situation. Since I couldn't post using the Leofinance Android app, I used PeakD instead, until I can figure out what's wrong.
