Contains 2 Troy Ounce .999 Fine Silver
Obverse: The detailed depiction of a soldier in Spartan regalia, in the heat of battle, with a spear in hand, thrusting his spear through the chest of his enemy. “MOLON LABE” around the top circumference.
Reverse: Intaglio Mint logo set on radial burst surrounded by stippled border reading “TWO TROY OUNCE” above and “.999 FINE SILVER” below on textured background, flanked by mintage year in roman numerals “MMXXII”.
I usually keep a supply of Airtites for 2 oz rounds and coins. I transferred the round into Airtite capsule to protect the round from scratches and dings. I do this to keep it in pristine condition.

These Molon Labe 2 oz Silver Rounds are very hard to collect. Intaglio Mint is always out of stock, as they are so popular. There are a total of 10 types. So far, I managed to have five types, so far. I am patiently waiting for the other rounds to be available from Intaglio Mint.

Troy is an ancient city and archaeological site in modern-day Turkey, but is also famously the setting for the legendary Trojan War in Homer's epic poems the "Iliad" and the "Odyssey."
In legend, the city of Troy was besieged for 10 years and eventually conquered by a Greek army led by King Agamemnon.
Sparta is also a place.

The Molon Labe has a great selection of Silver coins. 2 oz is chunky and just right size for collecting !
Two ounces are better for collecting, I think. I mostly stack coins, and in coins 1 oz is standard. For fractional silver, I stack Constitutional Silver.
Intaglio Mint has ten 2 oz coins, I'm trying to collect all.

Been outta my crib due to flood damage and been switching from hotel to sisters house all summer. Just been stressed out 🤪. There finally starting the work to fix walls and floors now 3 months later and I’ll be back in a routine. Expect to see more of me! Been posting in the mornings but not on as much in general. That will change!
