The hive game.
Its all just a game really.
It's not as sexy as game of thrones or as violent as the squid game but the Hive game holds its own for entertainment value.
It might not seem like it now in these times of peace and tranquility but there was a time when this was a chain of constant battles and deaths. Accounts were on the rampage and other teamed up to form alliances while they nuked anybody that opposed their self proclaimed right to rule.
those were the early days and while they were entertaining, a lot like in game of thrones many of the characters have died off for one reason or another.
Not to mention the season finale where an evil warlord came in with his army and tried to sweep the board clean and claim it all for himself.
We all know that storyline and how it ends.
Revolution, bloodshed, betrayal.
Come to think of it, these new Hive based movies might actually be worth watching. I wonder can we get Spielberg to have a look at it?
Like any game. There is a winner.
Just two days ago I wrote about supporting the smaller accounts and trying to spread out my vote across the chain. In my mind i am still one of those small accounts. Just one that has grown a bit over time.
You can read the last post here, Big fish, Little fish.
It's funny though when others see you differently than you see yourself.
I powered down a couple thousand HP today towards my next car and also to try and catch a pump in the market. That gave me a message from Hivebuzz about dropping down to dolphin status. I didn't even remember reaching orca or getting that message as it has all been about the growth itself.
Hivebuzz is actually a great little site with all of your stats for the account and badges ect....
It turns out that I have actually grown my account a lot over the past year or so.
It is now number 276 out of all the accounts on Hive. 276 out of all the accounts in the world.
That is a cool number to be at.
If anybody wants to check their own status it is on the site here.
Just enter your username.
Like any game there are rules.
To grow you account you can do what some clubs do and buy success. It's quick and it's valid but these days that is going to cost a lot of money to climb the ranks so the rules state that hard work will pay off. The rules tell you to engage and to add value to the chain. To be decent and not be a dick to anybody. Positive actions lead to growth.
These are my stats for the game. Lifetimes stats of my progress.

Now the trick is to keep climbing up that leaderboard bypassing one user at a time. Next in my sights is
@gungunkrishu and @preparedwombat. Two guys to chase down over the next month or so.
That's the fun of the game.

I like the way you see the hive blockchain
I actually started looking at hive as a race and this is what brings people who are commited back to the chain everyday.
I think value, community, affiliations and the likes can put you forward in the block chain.
@gungunkrishu is a consistent person and war is going to be a tough one.
When you pass him, give an update.
Thank you

Some get it! :) Some take it too seriously. :)

Hive for me is a place where i can exercise my creativity. Being one of the very very very few active magicians on here, it's been a blessing that i have found my niche here.
The game is in consistency and showing up every day.
May the spirit of magic be with you always!
It's a long-term game so going up and down is part of the game. You can't avoid it when real life affects your plans. As for the Hivebuzz badges, I think it's broken for my account as I think it still shows me as a redfish.

We fixed it. We are still investigating to find out why it happened but at least you're no more a redfish 😅
276th!! No shit man, that's serious going, fair dues to you. I've just had a look at my own ranking and delighted to be weighing in currently at 2246, which I am thrilled with, I wasn't even sure if I would be in the top 10,000.
I like the Game of thrones analogy, which is on the money!
"the season finale where an evil warlord came in with his army and tried to sweep the board clean and claim it all for himself"
Brilliant 🤣🤣🤣
Haha. Those are some massive game stats mate. Even I have considered Hive a game that pays. It's the real Play 2 Earn for me. 😂
All the best picking up with those guys. I am behind you. Recently complete 10K posts and it took me like 14 months to do it. This year, I am also going to raise the bar a little.
