Keeping people sick is the profitable business model.
Back in olden days there was a shitty TV series called True Blood.
I watched every episode.
Long live Billith.
In any case, I've been recently triggered.
In the final season of True Blood, there is a lethal disease that starts infecting all the Vampires. They call it "Hepatitis V" or "HEP-V" for short. When the cure is found at the end of the series, one of the mob-boss type vampires in charge says it's going to take months to distribute the antidote to the rest of the Vampires.
When questioned about why it would take so long to cure everyone he gives the darkest answer imaginable. He talks about all the products that could be made to never break, but corporations make them break on purpose so that consumers have to buy more so they generate exponentially more value over time. The example I remember best is a razor that sharpens itself after every use. Gillette would never sell such a thing because once you own it, you never have to buy another one. Even though the thing exists and has already been invented, it will never be sold due to the laws of capitalism.
Applying the same logic to the cure for HEP-V, synthetizing the cure at scale isn't the thing that's going to take time. Rather, modifying the cure to keep people sick and forcing them to buy a booster over and over and over is where all the money is. The Devil is in the details.
I bet you can see where I'm going with this.
This concept is not a new one. The concept that healthcare existing as a private for-profit industry [as an extremely toxic solution] is not new. This idea that keeping people sick is the most profitable outcome for the medical industry has been bouncing around for quite some time. There are many conspiracy theories out there that claim we have already cured cancer and AIDS but the antidote stays hidden (only available to the Deep State I assume). Anyone who can comment about the history of such things below can have a 100% upvote.
Yeah... so...
Goldman Sachs asks in biotech research report: ‘Is curing patients a sustainable business model?’
“While this proposition carries tremendous value for patients and society, it could represent a challenge for genome medicine developers looking for sustained cash flow.”
Insert "crypto fixes this" here.
Wouldn't you invest in a community that actually wanted to cure people instead of keeping them sick forever? Again, we see how the legacy system fails at maintaining healthy financial incentives.
Richter cited Gilead Sciences’ treatments for hepatitis C, which achieved cure rates of more than 90 percent. The company’s U.S. sales for these hepatitis C treatments peaked at $12.5 billion in 2015, but have been falling ever since. Goldman estimates the U.S. sales for these treatments will be less than $4 billion this year, according to a table in the report.
I just have to laugh at this because looks like True Blood actually grabbed that fun little conspiracy theory from an actual event that I had no idea even existed. Literally happened with Hep-C and the company lost money because they did it the correct non-evil way. That'll teach you not to keep people sick, Gilead.
“GILD is a case in point, where the success of its hepatitis C franchise has gradually exhausted the available pool of treatable patients,” the analyst wrote. “In the case of infectious diseases such as hepatitis C, curing existing patients also decreases the number of carriers able to transmit the virus to new patients, thus the incident pool also declines
Again, if you want to understand the economy, you must stop viewing people as people. People are expendable objects within the economy. And those things only exist to serve the greater economy. When the collateral value of people goes down, suffering happens. Take note.
Study Suggests That Moderna and Pfizer Vaccine Selection Triggered Disease Enhancement in Delta and Its Spread
As this relates to COVID, the numbers coming in are highly suspect. It is now believed (by actual scientists) that the variants are being caused by the vaccines themselves.
The full name of ADE is antibody dependent disease enhancement, but by virtue of sloppy language curation, it evolved to “antibody dependent enhancement”. In ADE, the disease enhancement occurs due to an interaction between antibodies produced by the host and the cellular entry apparatus that makes cell entry easier.
Hm, weird.
Also this:
A study done by Denmark shows that people who don't get boosted after 3 months are not only no longer protected from getting COVID, but in fact the chance of them getting it skyrockets by 40%-77%. That's... a pretty wild "coincidence" if you ask me. It's the perfect outcome for an industry trying to profit from the vaccines.
And you know this is a conspiracy theory that I can actually get on board with, because it actually makes sense. The whole Globalist Depopulation Agenda? That shit did not makes sense at all.
lol yes... Corona beer plus spikey blob = corona virus predictive programming... because it makes sense that they would tell us in advance... subconsciously.
I mean maybe it does what do I know about predictive programming?
ANYWAY...
The idea that vaccines would be used to kill billions of people doesn't make any sense from the perspective of capitalism. That would destroy the entire economy and create so much chaos that nobody can profit from such an outcome. If anything, the vaccines would be used to sterilize the population, because sterilization is a superior way of lowering population size. This is why we've transitioned from killing stray animals to trap/neuter/return programs with feral cats and the like. Animals that can't procreate but compete for resources cause population levels to go down. People are animals. People are things. The economy doesn't care about you or anyone else.
Ah but even the depopulation agenda doesn't make a lot of sense in terms of capitalism. Depopulation creates deflation, and deflation also kills economies pretty good. So again, what do we have left?
A conspiracy theory that revolves around keeping people dependent on getting booster shots every quarter is much much much more believable. This is a scalable solution because it is a profitable solution. Think those vaccines are going to be free forever? Think again. Even your local crack dealer will give you free product first to get you hooked. Why would a vaccine be any different?
Conclusion
Have I done any actual research here? No.
Have I checked my sources? No.
Am I spinning a bullshit story? Maybe. I don't know.
Facts are irrelevant here. I'm not trying to change anyone's mind. This is just another prime example of intuitive Global Thinking and the extrapolations that can be made from it. For the most part, I'm telling a story to people who already believe the story. This is an echo chamber.
The main point of this post is quite simple. When looking at conspiracy theory, we must ask ourselves one simple question: Who gains? If the answer to that question is convoluted, there's a much better chance it isn't true. If we have to do mental gymnastics to invent an entire Deep State global depopulation agenda that also somehow benefits the rich by way of magic? Well, that's probably not totally accurate.
However, if we take a known privatized for-profit corrupted industry and show how profit can be made from the lie, well that's much more believable. Again, not saying any of this is true, only that the chance of it being true is higher due to the conspiracy actually making sense within our understanding of capitalism.
It all comes back down to "crypto fixes this".
It really does. Legacy capitalism can not profit from healthy happy citizens, but crypto can. Legacy capitalism can not profit from studying plants and holistic medicine, but crypto can. Legacy capitalism can not profit by paying their citizens to diet and exercise properly, but crypto can. Crypto is the silver bullet that fixes everything, as ridiculous as that may sound. We are simply lacking the infrastructure and adoption that will eventually get us there.
Soon™

I'm inclined to believe that... Although my gut feeling tells me there's a "bit of depopulation" at this as well, mostly in certain individuals that are not of much use for society.

Hepatitis V seriusly looool
I know right?
Imagine being a writer and getting paid 30k to write hepatitis V for vampire lmao
Lovely post boss
Firstly I watched "true blood" , I watched it after "vampire diaries" and "originals", I didn't like any other recent vampire tv , so I had to go back in time to watch true blood and I loved it.
I agree with you, maybe because i have always asked that question every time i observe any situation
Who Gains?
Can we ever understand the lie?
I dont think so, but, yes, with crypto, I think everyone would be happy. Maybe not the government.
There’s sure is a shady plan going on, especially the pushing of the vaccines and extra boosters makes me very wary about them and the hidden agenda… I am sure someone will get after the real truth!
You could be right. I still believe that AIDS or HIV is the same. It was created and given to people through a shot, they were targeting a specific demographic to depopulate. Then when straight people and high profile people got it. All of a sudden they had a way to make it dormant. It’s all bullshit big pharma pays off everyone in the governments, it’s all bullshit.

As much as free healthcare helps alleviate a lot of these problems, we still need more change.
Governments should be totally responsible for the diseases propagating within their own population and when such situations are handled poorly, retribution should come. It's the case in my country, with nearly 600 thousand dead and no one being held accountable even though we all know who's at fault.
I've been going to therapy for 6 years to deal with my crippling anxiety, and I've gotten a lot better, but part of me feels like they don't want me to change. The therapy itself is free and most of my meds are free as well... But some aren't, and they're really expensive. I'm afraid to just throw them away, I've known people who've done that and the side-effects were terrible, they came back like drug addicts in withdrawal. I keep taking them in the hopes that one day I won't have to anymore.
I absolutely love my psychologist and she's not in charge of actually giving me medication, nothing to complain there, she's been like a friend to me... But the psychiatrists have always been a little... shady, know what I mean? Something off about them.
I could be going crazy, could even be my anxiety lmao, but still, I just want to get better, not fuel big pharma with me buying medication for 6 years.
Who's at fault? I am not in the 'we all know' group.
I meant Brazilians in the "we" 😅
It's mostly the current administration and the president, who didn't care or sometimes even went as far as to make fun of the dead.
I see the issue becoming political in many countries. No one can stop common cold so every government can be criticized.
Common cold is definitely a lot different than this. Much more could've been done about COVID way earlier, but wasn't because the government didn't care. Some countries were so far ahead in the game it makes us look weak, even if we have enough resources to pull it off.
It is political, since the people can't exactly import millions of batches of vaccines and impose lockdowns when they're necessary. Heck, here they waited until after Carnaval was over so they could get all that sweet sweet tourist money.
Companies always pursue profits. It's weird to think about how older stuff usually lasts longer and most of the current stuff tends to break down soon after the warranty period. So I wouldn't mind having an actual fix to this problem.

Having type 1 Diabetes, I am well aware of the feeling of being just a "commodity" in the eyes of the "healthcare" system. The fact they can provide the vaccines free of charge but charge an arm and a leg for my healthcare, not to mention all the hoops necessary to jump through has kept me far away from any vaccination through this whole thing just as a matter of personal protest. They say the vaccines are to help people stay alive? Well I need insulin to stay alive, why can't that be free too? 🙃😌
Hm yeah you just triggered a memory of the last time I was at the doctor's office.
I felt like a product; super gross.
Probably been to the doctor less than 5 times in the last ten years.
It's sad but true and there is a saying in Social Work and that is that social workers don't help you get out of the mud they just help you live in it.
Early on in my career I used to meet many social workers who used to say *"I don't want people to get better or things to improve, if they did I would be out of a job" *
I on the other hand have always been one to end things and close them so people can carry on. I would rather be out of a job then watch someone dwindle away to nothing knowing more could be done.
Sad world we live in

I can confirm your observations. I was a social worker myself in the past twelve years or so. I was fully aware of the position, which, if I put my mind to it, would have brought me a never-ending stream of new clients. Vanity is a feeling not to be underestimated, following what is called "wanting to be needed". Dependencies guarantee you the job. I was therefore happy when there were clients who never came back after a few times and hoped they had made it out of their misery. Wanting to make oneself superfluous can be a pursuit and is basically less job-threatening than one assumes. There are still enough people left looking for support here and there.
I distasted it when I saw colleagues who perceived their clients as small and helpless and never thought that it might have something to do with themselves that the clients did not make it out of the help system.
Bingo
how far off are we from a "dHealth" system? has anyone put any serious thought into any models?
regardless of where one lies on viewpoints of popular health topics, disrupting a major industry would be huge.
imagine an "image comics" scenario like in the 90s, where the top scientists left the big boys to start their own company with crowd sourced funds and profit sharing.
insurance is another area this could be interesting. perhaps a small country or a smaller industry needs to lead the way for others
i think disrupting a Major system like his has many other challenges. .. trimming all this unnecessary fat from this world will surely cause some opposition, to say the least
Anti vaxxer! LOL. I joke I joke

Not sure what came over me but years ago I read the first book in the True Blood series. The first season of the TV series sort of followed the book but left out one character, a thinly-disguised Elvis Presley whose change into a vampire had not gone well.
Admire your ability to distinguish between the essential and the bland
Well written but Im not sure crypto will fix everything. We people need to fix it and crypto can be a useful tool. But in the wrong hands and minds it can be a destructive tool.
Imagine a tool, like a hammer, except in this case the hammer is the size of a building and the only way to use it is to get thousands of people working together. Crypto is that kind of tool. It's much harder to get thousands of people to come to consensus to do something destructive. That's the whole point.
Crypto fixes everything, in that everything the legacy economy does a bad job at monetizing, crypto will fix. Which is a lot of things.
I love your passion and we share the same hopes. I prefer to be more careful and be surprised for the better than for worst.
Ever since there have been companies that produce more than is needed for their own needs, there have been efforts to expand this "more". The birth of the mass market at the beginning of industrialisation is not difficult to understand from my point of view. Everything that can be produced in masses and huge quantities was and is produced.
Since everything can be marketed economically as long as a device or production facility is provided for it, it is merely a matter of creating newer and ever cheaper production possibilities for more and more customers in order to be able to "serve" the insane number of billions of people.
From my point of view, it is maybe already in the past that matter in masses can be further developed as a market. The trend is towards "anti-matter" (LOL), rather than inventing things that attract a huge market with fewer and fewer material properties or in such small quantities that you can basically go on endlessly with them.
A perhaps crazy idea to this would be to basically give a "medicine" or "injections" that has no effect at all, except for a mental one. Since there is not only substance but also faith in every active ingredient, the effects differ, depending on the person and the state of mind. It is impossible to ever find out what makes a substance powerful or powerless in its effects, because the proportion of mental, psychological or spiritual state cannot be measured quantitatively. So the question ultimately always remains unanswered as to what it is that helps or kills one.
No doctor, no pathologist, if he is honest, can really say with certainty what kills a person. Even less can anyone say what has made a seriously ill person healthy, especially if they have decided against, for example, conventional medical treatment. It is the exceptions that are interesting to investigate. Which, if they developed from exceptions to the rule, would herald a whole new game.
I doubt everything by now. I think the effect of what you take as medicine and think you depend on is way overestimated. You basically don't have any other experiments at hand either, where, for example, people recovering from heart attacks or strokes don't swallow pills. Something like that would probably be considered unethical. The very fact that one would admit to one's family doctor that one is not taking the prescribed medication would raise eyebrows, to say the least.
Imagine, if the medicines of the future contained only water. LOL. Since it's probably way too costly to put all the other stuff in it, of which you have to put a really heavy effort into making it to begin with.
Still, there are other forces opposing this, such as hospitals that are growing like small towns and still need real patients. Like so many other forces that you can't even name them all....
P.S. nice movie screenshot, by the way - LOL :)

Ever since I realized that pharmacy has turned into the most capitalistic company ever invented I stopped listening to anything they have to say. It's not like all of us don't know that thye are keeping us sick because of profits. Who needs a healthy society when they spent all those years inventing pills that don't cure jack shit, they only numb your receptors so you "feel better".
You can find a handful of products that are actually saving lives. Everything else needs a warning label on it because it's toxic and probably deadly in the long-term.
They said I got the Cov twice this year. The first time it did feel different but the second time it was an ordinary flu that passed in like two days. I still didn't get vaccinated because my brain forbids me of taking action every time the TV man says I need to take action.
If I die from this shit I really don't care. I would rather be burred than live in a world where I have to check in every 3 months to get my regular dose of whatever is in that shit. I'm not even religious but I trust the "higher power" and nature more than I trust our governments and pharma industry. It's as simple as that and since I can't go against myself I'll just wait this one out and move to the countryside if they say I can't go to the store if I don't get the shots.
In the meantime, crypto truly fixes this because it keeps me occupied and away from the idiocracy. Hopefully, it will spark decentralized medical research before the big brains start terminating the unworthy.

My son has Phenylketonuria. And I am sure that it is not the most difficult problem for humanity to make the normal breakdown of protein while malfunctioning. But it would be more profitable that I would buy already split proteins to amino acids instead of normal food every day.

Wow,
I believe the take home lesson here is Follow the money, honey.. when asking why things are the way they are.
We have had planned obsolescence for a while for consumer products, I guess it has occurred in medicine also.
Big Pharma has become the biggest power in medicine. The insurance companies and drug companies have more say over your care then your doctors or hospitals. Economic control, control of the health care dollar. Whoever controls the healthcare dollar, controls healthcare.
Our elected representatives are holder to the people and companies that pay for their relection campaigns. We the people need to take back control of the election campaign financing and healthcare financing or we will forever be the one person our elected officials and healthcare system both ignore.

Look at the way Big Pharma and their politician friends lined up to trash the Astrazeneca vaccine - which was being sold at cost thanks to the licensing agreement that Oxford University insisted on.
Can't have an effective vaccine selling for $3 a dose when Pfizer is selling theirs for $25 a dose and Moderna for $36 a dose.
Yet the two countries that used Astrazeneca extensively - Britain and India - now have low daily deaths, despite no lockdown and no restrictions.

This brings to my memory of the great Herbalist Dr. Sebi, how the Medical Industry and the courts took him through so much BS, just because he was healing people with Aids, Cancer, High Blood pressure, the list goes on. But what I learned from this, is never said you can heal a patent disease, what you are saying is, I am taking money from you. Deep State and the Georgia guide stoner's Yes that's what they do, try to keep you dumd, and point you in the wrong direction. When it is sitting right in your Face.
